AI that runs your business: five checks before you pick one

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 20 Oct 2026. Wanna is one of the products this checklist is about, so read the Wanna lines with that in mind. Every Wanna number below was read from its own pages on that day.

Short answer. An AI that runs your business plans the work, hands it to AI agents and reports what came of it. Before you choose one, check five things: whether it starts from the business you already have, what it may do without you, how it charges, what it executes and what it only drafts, and whether it shows its own numbers.

The checklist

CheckWhat to look forWanna, read 20 Oct 2026
1. Your company or an idea?It reads your site, your offers and your clients first, and builds on them. A tool that starts from a one-line idea makes a new company, not yours. You paste your site. Wanna reads it, writes what it understood with the source next to each fact, and you correct it.
2. Approvals and spend limitsA clear line between work inside the company and anything that leaves it: letters, posts, ads, applications, money. A daily limit and one Stop button.Sending is off for every new company. Posts, applications and ads always wait for your OK. It never takes payments for you. See Trust.
3. Price modelA fixed monthly price, or a share of your revenue or your ad budget. A share grows as you grow.Fixed: Free $0, Starter $20, Growth $49, Scale $149 a month. No share of what you earn. See Pricing.
4. Executes or drafts?Which tasks finish on their own, which end as a draft for you, and what you still do by hand.Research and drafts finish inside your space. What leaves the company waits for you. You submit the application forms Wanna fills in.
5. ProofA live count of finished work, with the rule for what is counted, and the bad numbers too.4 companies of people in total, 9 tasks done with proof in 7 days, 0 paying companies yet. See live cases.

1. Does it start from your real company?

Most businesses that ask this already have a product, a site and some clients. An AI that runs your business should read those first. In a test run on 19 Oct 2026 we pasted the site of a real salon and day spa in Houston into Wanna. In the first 10 seconds it had 10 facts with their source, 24 by the end, including an offer already on the site: 20% off facials at a new location. The first plan was built on that offer, not on a new idea. The full run is in AI agents for salons.

2. What may it do without you?

Ask for the list, not a promise. Good answers name the classes of action: work inside the company runs on its own; anything that reaches a client, a platform or your money waits. On Wanna, 9 actions of client companies have stopped and waited for the owner's OK so far, counted on Trust. How to set the line is in AI agent human approval.

3. How does it charge?

Read the pricing page for three things: the monthly price, what one unit of work costs, and whether any part is a percentage. On Wanna, 1 task is 10 credits. Free gives 10 credits after setup, enough for one task. Starter gives 200 credits a month, about 20 tasks. Growth gives 5,000, about 500 tasks.

4. What does it actually do?

Ask for a real week. In a test run on the site of a family dental practice in Portland, Oregon, Wanna's first day was one task: a local listing pack with the profile text and 3 posts, finished and left waiting for the owner's OK. The second day planned two tasks: ask the owner for the office details the pack still needed, and draft a review request for patients. Neither started on days 2 to 4, because the test company had used its free credits. That is what a free company sees. The full week is in AI agents for dental clinics.

5. What can it prove?

A company that says an AI runs it should show a count that moves. On 20 Oct 2026 at 15:50 UTC, Wanna's own company showed 6,550 tasks finished in 7 days on its case page, and Raaha, a wellbeing app on its own Wanna OS, showed 36. The counts say what is left out.

Our minuses

Wanna is young. 4 companies of people in total, 3 sign-ups in the last 7 days and no paying company yet is a small record. There is no security audit report such as SOC 2 yet.

FAQ

Can an AI run my business? It can plan the week, research and draft the work, and run the tasks inside your company. Money, signatures and anything that reaches a client should still wait for your OK.

What is the best AI to run my business? The one that starts from the business you already have, shows what waits for your OK, charges a fixed price you can read, and publishes its own numbers. Use the five checks above on any product you consider.

Does Wanna take a share of my revenue? No. Wanna's plans are a fixed monthly price: Free $0, Starter $20, Growth $49 and Scale $149.

Will it send letters or posts without asking? Not on Wanna. Sending is off for every new company, and posts, applications and ads always wait for your OK.
