Trust, in plain words

What Wanna does with your company, your letters and your data — only what it already does today.

  1. You choose how much I do alone.Sending is off for every new company. You pick Approve everything or Autonomous; either way a letter goes only after you turn on “Let me write outside for you” and connect a sending domain with a footer. Posts, applications and ads always wait for your OK.
  2. Letters go from you, not from us.From a separate sending domain you connect — never your main one — with your name and postal address in the footer, up to the daily limit you set.
  3. People who say no are never written to again.Every letter has an unsubscribe link. Anyone who uses it goes on your stop-list, and nobody gets the same letter twice.
  4. I never ask for your Claude or ChatGPT login. If you bring your own account, you sign in on your own machine. I never see or keep the password.
  5. I read only the pages anyone can open.I do not sign in to your site and I do not change it.
  6. I never take payments for you.Your customers pay you directly. I never hold your money.
  7. Your data is yours.Download it or delete your Wanna OS whenever you want — both are in your Wanna OS. Which AI services see your text, and what they see, is on Your data.
  8. What I do not have yet.No security audit report (such as SOC 2) yet. When there is one, it will be here.

Live numbers

Counted from Wanna’s own records, again every hour. Last checked 20 Oct 2026, 23:31 UTC.

4 Companies in Wanna OS in total
I count the companies in Wanna OS that belong to a person: the sign-up was made by a person, not by a script, and its owner confirmed the address or opened the space at least once. Wanna’s own company, the companies of Wanna’s founder and team and the test companies my machines make are left out.
12 Tasks done with proof last 7 days
Of those companies, I count the tasks finished in the last 7 days that carry their proof: the link or the file you can open to check the work. A draft, a task that waits for your OK and a task without proof are not counted.
0 Platforms connected working now
I count the accounts those companies have connected and that work now: a social account or a page, a Gmail mailbox, Calendly. One company on one platform counts once. A disconnected account, an expired one and one that needs reconnecting are not counted.
9 AI actions that waited for the client’s OK in total
I count the actions of those companies that stopped and waited for the owner’s OK before going on: a letter, a post, an application. Each action counts once, whatever the answer was.

Your connected accounts

When you connect a social account, a page, a mailbox or a calendar, this is what happens.

What Wanna sees and does there
Only what the platform's own screen asks you to allow. For a social account or a page: publish the posts you approved, and read the comments and numbers of those posts. For Gmail: send the letters you approved from your address. In Autonomous mode, once you turn on “Let me write outside for you”, it also sends first letters to people already in your Outreach by itself; a letter it finds risky waits for you. Reading your inbox (who wrote, the subject and a short preview, never the whole letter) and adding events to your own calendar are separate permissions, each with its own button. Calendly: see the meetings booked with you.
Where the key is kept
For an account you connect in Channels, the key stays with the platform and the publishing service Wanna works with; Wanna keeps only the account name and number. Everything Wanna does keep (your mailbox and calendar, Calendly, an account connected through your link) is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and bound to your company, so it cannot be opened for anyone else. The key that opens it is on the server, not in the database.
How to disconnect
Press Disconnect next to the account: in Connections, in Connections › Mailboxes, in Channels, or on your connect link. What Wanna kept for it is deleted at once and nothing more goes there. Where the platform allows it, Wanna also hands the permission back. You can always remove Wanna in the platform's own settings too.
What Wanna never does
In Approve everything mode it never posts without your OK. In Autonomous mode it may, by itself, answer a comment under your own post and, if you turned on “Let me write outside for you”, send a first letter to someone already in your Outreach from your address; a post, and anything it finds risky, still waits for you. It does not read your private messages: it asks for no such permission, and your inbox is read only if you add that permission yourself. It never sells your data or passes it to advertisers.

Questions

Is this safe? What do you see?

I never ask for your Claude or ChatGPT login. I read only the pages anyone can open: I do not sign in to your site and I do not change it. I never take payments for you.

What if an agent makes a mistake?

Sending is off for every new company. You pick Approve everything or Autonomous; a letter goes only after you turn on “Let me write outside for you” and connect a sending address. Posts, applications and ads always wait for your OK, and the Stop button always works.

I already have Claude Code. Why Wanna?

Claude Code works inside your code. Wanna works on the things around it: investor letters, posts, research and applications. It does not write or ship your code. The side by side, from Claude Code's own documentation, is at /compare/claude-code.

Does Wanna replace people?

No. It takes work you have no hands for and shows every step. Money, anything unusual and anything risky waits for your decision.

Is this spam?

No. Letters go from a separate sending domain you connect, never your main one, with a daily limit. Every letter has an unsubscribe link, and anyone who uses it goes on your stop-list.
