  • Paste the address of your product — a site, an app page, a Lovable or Bolt link.
  • I read it in about two minutes. No card, no call.
  • Your board opens when I have read it.

A few questions

  • Six short questions: whose AI does the work, your stage, your goals for 90 days, who buys, where they look, your country.
  • Any step you have not answered can be skipped: I work from what your site says, and you can answer it later.
  • The answers make the board fit you, not a list for everyone.

Your board: what fits

  • Programmes and investors that fit your stage, country and field, with amounts and deadlines.
  • One total: grants and prizes added up, plus one accelerator. Investors are never added up.
  • Names are free. Contacts and applying come with a plan.

Who I can write to

  • Investors that back your stage, and companies that could buy from you — each with a public source.
  • You see who they are now; their emails come with a plan.
  • A letter goes out only after your OK, from your own email once it is connected.

Your drafts: read, edit, keep

  • Five drafts written from your site: what you do, a letter to investors, a letter to customers, an ad, a post.
  • Change any word. What you change stays changed.
  • Copy them now; sending comes with a plan.

Start: your plan

  • Start is where you pay. Paying starts nothing new: what I made waits for your OK.
  • Applications are forms on other sites: I fill the answers, you submit them.
  • Letters wait for your OK unless you chose Autonomous; applications and posts always do.

Day 1

  • Everything that waits for your OK is on one page, Waiting on you.
  • The live feed there says what I did last and how long it took.

Days 2–7

  • Today shows your next steps; press Start on one and I do it.
  • What waits for your OK is on Waiting on you, as on day 1.

Connections

  • When your email is connected, letters go out from your own address.
  • You can link your own Claude or ChatGPT account; work on it comes later.
  • Each connection says what I may and never do with it.
