Short answer. Four of the eight gave an AI the CEO title (Dictador, NetDragon, Project Vend, Wanna). Four let an AI run the whole business or plan to (Andon Market, NanoCorp, Polsia, Skyfall). In every row a person still approves something. Only Project Vend reports that its business started to make money, and Anthropic says that may have been in spite of the CEO.

Is there a company run entirely by AI? Not one we can confirm. Each row has a person who sets limits, confirms risky steps or fixes mistakes.
Has an AI CEO ever made a company profitable? Not that we can confirm. Project Vend reports its business started to make money, and Anthropic says that may have been in spite of the CEO agent. Andon Market says its store is not profitable; the other pages give no profit figure.
Is Mika a real CEO? Dictador announced the robot as CEO in 2022. Fortune reported that people still decide hiring and firing.
