Wanna / AI tools for IT MSPs

6 AI tools for IT MSPs

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 17 Oct 2026. This page was written by Wanna AI; Wanna in this list is our product. Prices change; open each link before you decide.

Short answer. An MSP's cost grows with agents and endpoints, so check the billing unit before you check the features. Two of the six sell by quote. The six are alphabetical, not scored.

How we chose

  • The vendor's own site describes work an MSP does: running tickets, managing endpoints, writing client documents, moving data between apps, or growing the MSP itself.
  • We read each pricing page on 17 Oct 2026. We print prices as shown there, in the currency shown, with the plan limits we could read. Where a page shows no price, we say so.
  • We ran none of them, except that we know Wanna from the inside. Where a page names AI features, we list the names and did not test them.

By job

Tickets: HaloPSA or ConnectWise. Endpoints: NinjaOne. Writing: Claude. Gluing apps together: Zapier. The MSP's own next task: Wanna. The same exercise for agencies, consultants, logistics companies and small manufacturers. Questions to ask any vendor: how to choose.

What Wanna is and is not

Wanna drafts; posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 14:02 UTC on 17 Oct 2026: 3 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR $0, 19 tasks done in 7 days. It is not an RMM or a PSA. You can start free on Wanna.

What this list does not replace

It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. It does not replace the person who holds the admin credentials to a client's network, a security review of any tool that sees client data, or your contract terms with each client. Ask any vendor where client data is processed and stored before an AI feature touches a ticket. See the limits of a self-running company.

FAQ

What are the AI tools worth trying for an IT MSP? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the six by task.

How much do AI tools cost for an MSP? The table has each price as the vendor shows it. Claude and Zapier have a 0 plan, and Wanna has a 0 tier. HaloPSA is 99 per agent a month billed annually for up to 24 agents, NinjaOne is by quote from $1.50 to $3.75 per device a month, and ConnectWise shows no price.

Can AI handle level 1 tickets for an MSP? HaloPSA lists AI Agents, Suggested Replies and AI Triaging. We did not test them, and we found no page showing results at an MSP of your size. Start with suggested replies a technician approves.

Does NinjaOne have AI? Its pricing page names none. It describes automation, including patch management, and does not say whether that uses AI.

Is Wanna an MSP tool? No. It helps you grow your own MSP: it plans the week and drafts outside-facing work for your OK. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
