7 AI lead qualification tools for a small sales team

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 17 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices change; open each link before you decide.

Short answer. Qualifying a lead means deciding, fast, whether a person who wrote to you or booked a call is worth a salesperson's hour. The six tools below do that in different places: on a booking page, in a chat window, or in a CRM. The seven are alphabetical, not scored. We read each vendor's pricing page and ran none of them, except Wanna, which we know from the inside.

How we chose

  • The vendor's own pricing page names qualifying, routing, scoring or lead capture, or sales flows. Where the page does not use the word "qualification", the table says so.
  • We read each pricing page on 17 Oct 2026; a price or limit we could not read is marked as not shown.
  • Prices are in US dollars unless marked. Each link goes to the vendor's home page.

By job

Qualifying on a booking page: Calendly or Chili Piper. Qualifying in a chat window: Intercom, Landbot or Tidio. Scoring inside the CRM you already use: HubSpot. Related lists: AI call assistants for sales, AI proposal and follow-up tools and AI CRM assistants. How to weigh any vendor: how to choose.

What Wanna is and is not

Wanna does not sit between a visitor and your calendar. It reads your site and drafts the letters and posts that bring people in, which wait for your OK (Trust). On the live page at 14:06 UTC on 17 Oct 2026: 3 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR $0, 19 tasks done in 7 days. That is a small base, and no qualification case study is on record. It is on this list to show where qualifying ends and finding people begins. To see what it would draft for your company, start free.

What this list does not replace

It does not replace your own definition of a good lead, which no tool can supply. It does not replace a salesperson reading the first answers a bot collects, and we did not test how well any tool sorts leads. It does not replace a check of each vendor's data terms and where chat transcripts are kept. See the limits of letting AI act for a company.

FAQ

What is the best AI lead qualification tool? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the six by where the lead meets you.

What is AI lead qualification? A tool asks a new lead a few questions, or reads a form, and decides who should talk to them and how soon. On their pricing pages, Calendly, Chili Piper and Landbot name qualifying, and HubSpot names lead scoring.

How much does AI lead qualification cost? Calendly Standard is 10 per seat a month and Tidio Starter is 24.17 a month. Chili Piper starts at 15,000 a year. Intercom charges from 0.99 per Fin outcome plus seats.

Are there free lead qualification tools? Calendly, HubSpot, Landbot and Tidio list free plans. Calendly's routing forms are not on its free plan; they start at Teams.

Can a chatbot qualify leads without a person? It can ask the questions and route the answers. We read pages, not transcripts, so a person should read the first batch.

Does Wanna qualify leads? No. It is our product, so its minus is in the table.

How often is this list updated? Every 30 days, from the vendors' own pages.
