Wanna / AI customer follow-up email tools

Is there an AI that writes and sends follow-up emails to my customers? 7 tools

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 23 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices change; open each link before you decide.

Short answer. Yes, but the tools split into three kinds, and only some of them send. Some chase one thread from your own Gmail until the customer answers (autoremind.ai; CloseReply sends one 24-hour follow-up on Pro). Some keep your customer records and draft the follow-up inside them (RadiusOS). Some are email marketing platforms where you build the automation (ActiveCampaign, Brevo). Fyxer drafts replies in your inbox and says it does not send. Wanna is in the list too, with limits we say up front: it drafts for your OK and does not read your customer list. The seven are alphabetical, not scored. We read each vendor's pages on 23 Oct 2026 and ran none of them, except Wanna, which we know from the inside.

How we chose

  • The vendor's own pages say the tool writes follow-up or reminder emails to customers, or runs an email automation you can use for that.
  • We read each pricing page on 23 Oct 2026. Where a page showed a price only for a billing period or contact count, we print that and say so.
  • HubSpot and Mailchimp are not here: HubSpot's marketing pricing page showed euros and Mailchimp's page did not load for us, and we did not convert or guess a price.

By job

Chasing one answer, payment or approval from your own Gmail: autoremind.ai. Replying to new leads fast and following up if they go quiet: CloseReply (follow-up on Pro). Follow-ups drafted from a customer record: RadiusOS. A list of customers you email on a schedule: ActiveCampaign or Brevo. Drafts in your own inbox that you send yourself: Fyxer. Related lists: AI proposal and follow-up tools, AI email assistants and AI cold email tools. How to weigh any vendor: how to choose.

What Wanna is and is not

Wanna writes letters and follow-ups and they wait for your OK (approve or autonomous). A letter goes out only after you turn on "Let me write outside for you" and connect a separate sending domain with your name and postal address in the footer, up to the daily limit you set. Every letter has an unsubscribe link, people who say no go on a stop-list, and nobody gets the same letter twice (what it does). In Autonomous mode it sends first letters to people already in your Outreach; a letter it finds risky waits for you.

It does not read your customer list or a CRM, does not notice which customers went quiet, does not send from your Gmail inside the original thread and does not stop a sequence when someone replies. If you want that, the tools above come closer. On the live page at 10:44 UTC on 23 Oct 2026: 4 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR $0, 0 things that went outside in the last 7 days. That is a small base, and no follow-up case study is on record. To see what it would draft for your company, start free.

What this list does not replace

It does not replace your own call to a customer who has gone quiet: a tool can send a nudge, not learn why nobody answered. It does not replace reading every draft before it goes out; we read pricing pages and did not test any vendor's drafts. It does not replace a check of the rules for email to customers where you sell, or of each vendor's data terms before you connect a mailbox. See the limits of letting AI act for a company.

FAQ

Is there an AI that writes and sends follow-up emails to my customers? Yes. autoremind.ai writes and sends from your own Gmail, and CloseReply says it sends a follow-up after 24 hours of silence on its Pro plan. RadiusOS drafts follow-ups from a customer record, and ActiveCampaign and Brevo run automations you build. Fyxer drafts but does not send.

Can AI send a follow-up from my own Gmail? autoremind.ai says it sends from your own Gmail, in the original thread. CloseReply says replies come from your real Gmail. Fyxer says it does not send for you.

Will it stop following up when my customer replies? autoremind.ai says it stops when someone replies, and RadiusOS lists follow-ups that stop on reply on Pro. We did not find that statement on the other pricing pages.

How much do AI follow-up email tools cost? autoremind.ai has 3 free reminders and then $4 a month. RadiusOS Pro is $19 a month, Brevo Starter is 9 and Standard 18 in its page data, and CloseReply's auto follow-up is on Pro, which is $499 a month (Starter is $149). The table has every figure and its billing period.

Does Wanna send follow-up emails to my customers? It drafts them for your OK. A letter goes out only after you turn on sending and connect a separate sending domain, and it does not read your customer list or notice who went quiet. It is our product, so its minus is in the table.

How often is this list updated? Every 30 days, from the vendors' own pages.
