Wanna / AI CEO cost calculator
AI CEO cost calculator
Enter the tasks you need each month. You get the Wanna plan and the dollars a month. Add your own hourly rate and the minutes a person spends on one task, and the hours and cost of doing it by hand appear next to it.
The plans this reads
Read from the table Wanna's billing uses, so the prices here are the prices there. 10 credits are one task and one dollar buys 100 credits.
| Plan | Per month | Credits a month | Tasks a month | Companies |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $20 | 200 | 20 | up to 1 |
| Growth | $49 | 5,000 | 500 | up to 1 |
| Scale | $149 | 16,000 | 1,600 | up to 5 |
Credit packs add credits to any of these: $10, $25, $50 and $100, at 100 credits to the dollar. The calculator takes the plan and packs with the lowest total that hold your tasks, so a smaller plan with packs can be the answer. Starter can also run on your own Claude or ChatGPT account, which this page does not count.
How the number is made
- Tasks a month times 10 credits gives the credits you need.
- For each plan, the credits it lacks are covered by the cheapest set of packs ($10, $25, $50 and $100, 100 credits to the dollar; a pack can be bought more than once).
- The plan plus packs with the lowest total is the answer. On a tie, the plan with more credits of its own wins.
- A pack is bought once, not billed each month, so the monthly total counts the packs as bought again every month at that volume.
- By hand: tasks times your minutes per task, divided by 60, gives hours; hours times your hourly rate gives dollars.
A task on Wanna is a unit of billing, not a promise about how long a person would take. How many minutes your own task takes is your estimate, so test it with a week of your own time.
What this does not replace
It does not replace a person who manages people, takes calls, signs contracts or is accountable for results. It counts tasks, not judgment. It leaves out payroll taxes, benefits and recruiting unless you put them into the hourly rate, and it does not count your time to approve what Wanna drafts. It says nothing on whether either option brings you revenue.
Questions
How much does an AI CEO cost per month?
On Wanna the monthly price follows the number of tasks. Starter $20 a month holds up to 20 tasks; Growth $49 a month holds up to 500 tasks; Scale $149 a month holds up to 1,600 tasks. Credit packs add credits to any plan: one dollar buys 100 credits, 10 credits are one task, and packs come in $10, $25, $50 and $100. So the cheapest way to your tasks can be a smaller plan with packs on top. The calculator on this page finds that total from the table billing uses.
How many tasks do I get per month on Wanna?
Starter includes 200 credits a month, which is 20 tasks; Growth includes 5,000 credits a month, which is 500 tasks; Scale includes 16,000 credits a month, which is 1,600 tasks. One task is 10 credits. Credit packs add more on any plan.
Is an AI CEO cheaper than hiring an operations manager?
This page does not say it is. It puts the plan price next to what a person would cost at the hourly rate you enter and the minutes you say one task takes them. A hire also does work a task count does not measure, such as managing people and handling calls, and Wanna does not replace that.
What does one task cost on Wanna?
One dollar buys 100 credits and a task is 10 credits, so a task bought from a credit pack is $0.10. Inside a plan the monthly price is shared across the tasks you use.
