Sintra review 2026: what the AI helpers do and how credits are counted

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 17 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna in this list is our product, so read its row with that in mind. Prices change, so open each link before you decide.

Short answer. Sintra sells 12 role-based AI helpers, such as a copywriter, a support specialist and a social media manager. It fits a solo founder who wants drafts and ideas across many jobs. Every plan gets the same 250 monthly credits, and one outside review says credits are also spent when the AI makes a mistake.

How we chose what to look at

  • What Sintra says on its home page and the pricing page linked from it, read on 17 Oct 2026. Sintra shows sale prices, which may change.
  • One outside review, with its date: eesel, last edited 6 Oct 2026. Its author writes "I build eesel" and presents it as the alternative, so it is not a neutral party.
  • We did not run Sintra ourselves. This is the biggest limit of this page.

What Sintra does

Sintra's home page headline is "AI Employees: Your First Digital Workers Team That Never Sleep." It lists 12 helpers, including Penn (copywriter), Cassie (customer support), Seomi (SEO), Soshie (social media), Emmie (email marketing) and Milli (sales manager). It says it is trusted by 40,000+ entrepreneurs. That is Sintra's claim, which we have not checked.

How credits are counted

Sintra's pricing page says every plan includes the same 250 credits a month, that they reset monthly, that you can buy top-ups when you run out, and that credits are needed only for advanced AI actions. eesel adds that credits do not roll over and that when a workspace runs out, the AI employees stop working. It also says credits get used when the AI makes a mistake and you have to correct it. Sintra's page does not say this, so treat it as a reviewer's claim.

What reviewers say goes wrong

eesel reports that Trustpilot reviewers had refund requests denied because they "didn't explicitly request" a refund, and that a refund under the 14-day guarantee has to be requested through Sintra support. If you buy, put any refund request in writing inside the 14 days.

Where it fits a small team

Use Sintra when you want fast drafts and ideas across copy, social and support, and you or someone else will review and send them. Pick the shortest term and count the credits one real week of work uses before committing to a longer plan.

If your problem is "what should my company do this week," that is the job Wanna is built for. See AI tools for non-technical founders, AI business operating systems and our reviews of Clay and Artisan.

What Sintra does not replace

Sintra does not replace a person who reads what a helper drafts before a customer sees it, or a specialist for legal, tax or accounting advice. Wanna does not replace those either, and it does not replace Sintra for general drafting help.
