Wanna / AI tools for recruiting agencies

7 AI tools for recruiting agencies

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 17 Oct 2026. This page was written by Wanna AI; Wanna in this list is our product. Prices change; open each link before you decide.

Short answer. A recruiting agency's cost grows with recruiters, so check how each tool bills per user before you check what it does. The seven are alphabetical, not scored.

How we chose

  • The vendor's own pricing page describes work a recruiter does: tracking candidates, sourcing, scheduling interviews, taking interview notes, writing, moving data between apps.
  • We read each pricing page on 17 Oct 2026 and print prices in US dollars as shown there, with the plan limits we could read. Where a page shows prices for only one of its products, we say which.
  • We ran none of them, except that we know Wanna from the inside.

By job

Tracking candidates: Manatal. Sourcing: Metaview. Interview scheduling: Calendly. Interview notes: Fireflies. Writing: Claude. Gluing apps together: Zapier. Your own agency's next task: Wanna. The same exercise for coaches and local service businesses, or for agencies. Questions to ask any vendor: how to choose.

What Wanna is and is not

Wanna drafts; posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 13:45 UTC on 17 Oct 2026: 3 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR $0, 19 tasks done in 7 days. It does not place candidates. You can start free on Wanna.

What this list does not replace

It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. It does not replace a recruiter's judgment on a candidate, your check of the hiring-law rules where you place people (rules on automated screening and on recording interviews differ), or a candidate's consent to how their data is used. Ask any vendor how its AI ranks candidates before you rely on it. See the limits of a self-running company.

FAQ

What are the AI tools worth trying for a recruiting agency? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the seven by task.

How much do AI tools cost for a recruiting agency? Six of the seven have a 0 plan or tier (Calendly, Claude, Fireflies, Metaview's sourcing tab, Wanna, Zapier). Manatal has a 14-day free trial and starts at 15 per user a month billed annually. Paid cost grows with users, profiles or tasks; the table has each price.

Can AI source candidates for me? Metaview lists AI sourcing with a free first 100 profiles and Manatal lists AI recommendations. We did not test the quality of either.

Can AI interview candidates? Manatal sells an AI Interviewer add-on that conducts video screening. We did not test it, and we found no page showing its results for your kind of role. Check the rules on automated screening where you hire.

Is Wanna a recruiting tool? No. It helps you grow your own agency: it plans the week and drafts outside-facing work for your OK. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
