Short answer. Not on its own. Products now cover large parts of both jobs, and in the mode every new company starts in, you still say OK before anything goes out. Wanna reads your site, proposes the week's marketing tasks and drafts the first sales letters for your OK. It is not a CRM, and its repeatable-sales step is not built yet.

Each row quotes the vendor's own page, opened on 22 Oct 2026. We quote no vendor price: HubSpot's price page loads its figures by script, which we could not read, and Sintra's shows sale prices beside struck-through ones. We have tested none against another.

How sending works
Sending is off for every new company. A letter goes only after you turn it on and connect a separate sending domain. Posts, applications and ads always wait for your OK. In Autonomous mode, with "Let me write outside for you" on, Wanna may send first letters to people already in your Outreach by itself.

What Wanna does not replace
- A CRM. Wanna keeps no pipeline, no lead scoring and no record per customer. If you need those, use a CRM.
- The person who closes. Wanna drafts the first letters. Calls, quotes and the decision to take a customer stay with you.
- Sales that run every week without you. That step is marked "coming".
- A security audit. There is no audit report such as SOC 2 yet.
FAQ
Is there an AI tool that runs marketing and sales for a small business owner? Not entirely on its own. CRM suites, AI teams of helpers and Wanna each cover parts of both jobs. Wanna proposes the marketing tasks and drafts the first sales letters, and you approve them.
Can one AI replace a marketer and a salesperson? Wanna does not claim that. It drafts and plans; you decide what goes out, and it has no CRM.
Does Wanna send emails to my customers by itself? Not unless you turn sending on, connect a separate sending domain, and choose Autonomous mode with "Let me write outside for you".
