Wanna / 7 AI assistants for small business owners
7 AI assistants for small business owners
Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 17 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices change; open each link before you decide.
Short answer. If you typed "best ai assistant for small business owners," start with what you ask for each week: write, answer customers, schedule, summarize, find leads. Each tool below covers some of those jobs, and none covers all of them on its own page. The seven are alphabetical, not scored. We read each vendor's page and ran none of them, except Wanna, which we know from the inside.
How we chose
- The vendor's own page describes work an owner does: writing, customer replies, scheduling, meeting notes, lead outreach, moving data between apps.
- A price or limit we could not read on 17 Oct 2026 is marked as not shown. ChatGPT's pricing pages returned an access error (403) to our reader that day, so it is not in this list; Zapier took its place.
- Prices are in US dollars, as read that day, unless the row says otherwise. Each link goes to the vendor's home page.

What Wanna is and is not
Wanna is a management layer that works on top of the tools you already use. It does not replace them. It decides what to do next, hands the work to a team of AI agents, and posts, applications and ads wait for your OK (how it works). It asks only about what is critical: money, anomalies, risky steps. Sending letters is off until you turn it on, and Wanna never takes payments for you (Trust). On the live page at 15:26 UTC on 17 Oct 2026: 3 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR $0, 19 tasks done in 7 days. That is a small base. There is no security audit report (such as SOC 2) yet.
What this list does not replace
It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. It does not replace a person who decides, advice from a lawyer, an accountant or an HR adviser, or your reading of each vendor's data terms before customer data goes in. We did not review any vendor's data terms.
FAQ
What is the best AI assistant for small business owners? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the seven by task, and the table shows each price.
What AI assistant should a small business owner use? It depends on the job and on the tools you already run. Google users can start with Gemini in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 users with Copilot. Try one on a real task first.
Can an AI assistant run my business? Not from what these pages show. They describe drafting, replying, scheduling and summarizing. Lindy's page says anything with outside impact waits for approval, and Wanna's drafts wait for your OK. A person still decides.
How much do AI assistants cost for a small business? Claude, Lindy, Wanna and Zapier have a 0 tier. Examples from the table: Sintra's 12-month plan is 15.60 a month, Claude Pro 17 on the annual discount, Wanna Starter 20, Lindy's paid plan 49.99. Gemini is shown in euros, so we give no dollar figure.
Can an AI assistant answer my customers? Sintra's page lists a customer support helper and Lindy's lists a customer support role. We did not run either, so test them before customers see the replies.
Is it safe to put customer data into an AI assistant? That depends on each vendor's data terms and your own duties. We did not review any vendor's terms for this list.
Is Wanna a chat tool I type requests into? No. It is a management layer on top of your tools that plans the week and drafts outside-facing work for your OK. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
