Wanna / First week of an AI team
What does an AI team do for a business in its first week? One real week, day by day
Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 20 Oct 2026. The week below is Raaha, a wellbeing app built for the GCC that runs on a Wanna OS of its own and shares its numbers on its case page. The counts were read there on 20 Oct 2026 at 15:50 UTC.
Short answer. In its first week an AI team mostly works inside the company: it reads the site, checks who else is named in the space, plans, and drafts launch material, letters and applications. Most of what it finishes never leaves the company, and what would leave it waits for the founder. In Raaha's last seven days that was 36 items finished and 29 waiting.
The week, day by day
| Day (UTC) | Items finished |
|---|---|
| Wed 14 Oct | 0 |
| Thu 15 Oct | 0 |
| Fri 16 Oct | 2 |
| Sat 17 Oct | 10 |
| Sun 18 Oct | 0 |
| Mon 19 Oct | 12 |
| Tue 20 Oct, to 15:50 | 12 |
By department, the 36 items were: operations 34, product 1, marketing 1, sales 0, data 0. 29 items were open at the same time, waiting for the founder's OK or for their turn.
What the work is
For Raaha the OS reads the site, checks who else is named in its space, and prepares what a young company needs first: launch material, a first investor letter, outreach drafts and application drafts. Outbound is off, so nothing goes out on its own; every draft waits for the founder. The OS also sets many items aside itself: a draft replaced by a newer one, an application outside its shortlist, an idea with nothing to show yet.
One honest note from that page: Raaha earned its first accelerator seat before Wanna existed, and Wanna does not claim it.
Why most of the week is "operations"
The week is uneven. The live feed on the case page shows most items as plan items in operations, finished about ten minutes apart on the busy days: the OS keeping its own plan in order. Only two of the 36 were product or marketing work. Our reading: with outbound off and nothing approved to go out yet, a first week is mostly the team getting its plan and drafts ready, not results outside the company.
The first days on Free
Two test runs we made on real sites show the first days of a company that has not paid.
| Business | Day 1 | Day 2 | Days 3 and 4 |
|---|---|---|---|
| A family dental practice, Portland | A local listing pack, done, waiting for the owner's OK | Ask the owner for office details; draft a review request | Did not start: no credits left |
| A salon and day spa, Houston | A page for the salon's 20% facials offer, done; a message to past clients did not start | A text and an email to past clients, planned for the founder's OK | (the run is two days old) |
Free gives 10 credits after setup, enough for one task. Starter is $20 a month for about 20 tasks, Growth $49 for about 500. See Pricing.
FAQ
What does an AI agent do for a business? It takes one task from a plan, such as a page, a letter or a search for people who need what you sell, and finishes it inside your company. What would leave the company waits for your OK.
What does an AI team do in its first week? It reads your site, checks your market, plans and drafts: launch material, letters, applications, pages. In Raaha's last seven days it finished 36 items and kept 29 waiting for the founder or their turn.
How many tasks does an AI team finish in a week? It depends on the plan and on what you approve. Raaha finished 36 items in seven days on its own OS. On Wanna's own company, which runs on a larger fleet, the case page showed 6,550 tasks in the same seven days.
Does the AI team send anything in the first week? Only what you approve. On Wanna sending is off for every new company, and posts, applications and ads always wait for your OK.
