Wanna vs Relevance AI for a small B2B company

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 17 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product, so read its column with that in mind.

Short answer. Relevance AI is for building and running your own AI agents, "an AI Workforce" in its words, for functions such as sales, customer success, marketing and support. Wanna does one job for a small company: it reads your site, proposes the week's growth tasks and prepares letters, posts and applications for your OK. If you want to design agents for several departments and have time or a partner to set them up, Relevance AI fits. If you want the next growth task chosen and drafted without building anything, look at Wanna.

How we compared

Five rows, the same for both. Everything about Relevance AI was read on 17 Oct 2026 from its home page and its pricing page, reached from the Pricing link in the menu of the home page; everything about Wanna from its own pages the same day. We ran no test of either product, so this page says nothing about how well each works. One limit: Relevance AI's pricing page showed a single plan, Enterprise, with "Talk to sales" and no amount, so we print no price for it and do not guess one.

What it doesLets you build specialist AI agents and teams of agents. Its home page names sales, customer success, marketing and HR; the pricing page lists calling and meeting agents, agent evaluations, A/B testing and 2,000+ integrations.Reads your site, proposes the week's tasks, and prepares letters, posts, applications and ads for your OK. How it works
Who it is forCompanies that want to decouple growth from headcount with an AI workforce, its pricing page says. Its home page also mentions an embedded deployment team and a tool, Invent, for non-technical teams.A founder of a small B2B company who wants the next growth task proposed and drafted.
Price, read 17 Oct 2026Pricing page shows one plan, Enterprise: custom actions and vendor credits, unlimited agents, users and projects; "Talk to sales". No amount shown. Its FAQ says to book a call to find the right plan. Relevance AI site, Pricing in the menuFree: the plan, the matches with sources and the first drafts. Starter $20 (monthly) for 1 company and 200 credits (about 20 tasks). Growth $49 for 5,000 credits. Scale $149 for up to 5 companies.
What it needs from youYou scope the use cases, build or commission the agents and connect your tools. Its page says some use cases can take as little as a few hours to stand up.You paste your site link and confirm facts. After that it proposes tasks and waits for your OK.
Honest minusesNo price on the page, and a sales call to get a plan, so a small team cannot compare cost before talking to someone. Aimed at companies with a workforce to automate; we did not find a plan or example built for a very small company. Its BDR agent is available through its sales team, per its FAQ. We did not test it.Early: on 17 Oct 2026, 13:12 UTC, the live page counted 3 companies of people, 18 tasks done in 7 days, 0 things that went outside in 7 days and 0 paying companies. You cannot build your own agents in it, and there is no security audit report such as SOC 2 yet.

Where Relevance AI is better

Relevance AI is broader. You can build agents for departments Wanna does not cover, calling and meeting agents among them, and it lists governance features such as SSO, role-based access and audit logs. Its FAQ states it is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Wanna offers none of that: it is a fixed set of growth tasks.

Where Wanna differs

Wanna starts from your site, not from an agent you design. It proposes the work, and its posts, applications and ads always wait for your OK. Sending letters is off for every new company until you turn it on (Trust). The price is on the page, and a paid plan has a fixed monthly credit pool and a stated pace, about one task a day on Starter. You can start free and see the plan first.

What neither replaces

Neither replaces a person who owns the decisions. Relevance AI does not decide what your business should sell, and Wanna does not replace your accountant, your lawyer or an engineer who builds integrations. Prices change; check Relevance AI's page, and ask its team for a quote, before you decide. Related reading: Wanna vs Lindy, Wanna vs Motion and AI CEO vs a virtual assistant.

FAQ

Is Wanna a Relevance AI alternative for a small B2B company? For one narrow job. Relevance AI is for building agents across departments. Wanna chooses and drafts a small company's growth tasks from your site. If you need custom agents or calling agents, Wanna is not that.

What is the difference between Relevance AI and Wanna? Relevance AI is a builder: you or a partner design agents and connect tools. Wanna reads your site and proposes the next growth tasks, then waits for your OK on posts, applications and ads.

How much does Relevance AI cost? On 17 Oct 2026 its pricing page showed one plan, Enterprise, with "Talk to sales" and no amount. We read no price and print none.

How much does Wanna cost compared with Relevance AI? Wanna's plan, matches and first drafts are free, and paid plans are $20, $49 and $149 (monthly). Relevance AI shows no amount on its page, so a side-by-side cost needs a quote from its team.

Do I need to be technical to use Relevance AI? Its home page says non-technical teams can stand up agents with its Invent tool and that some use cases take a few hours. We did not test that. Wanna needs no setup beyond your site link.

Can I use Wanna and Relevance AI together? Yes. They do not depend on each other: Relevance AI for agents you build, Wanna for the weekly growth tasks.
