Wanna / AI tools for travel agencies
7 AI tools for travel agencies and advisors
Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 20 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices are US dollars and change; open each link before you decide.
Short answer. If you run a travel agency or work as an independent advisor with one to five people, the work splits five ways: building the itinerary and proposal, keeping each client's details, trip dates and payments in one place, answering the phone while you are with another client, keeping notes from planning calls, and getting reviews and repeat bookings after the trip. Travefy, TravelJoy and Tern are the three made for travel advisors, and each lists AI on its own pricing page. Goodcall answers calls, Fathom records and summarizes calls, NiceJob asks for reviews and sends email campaigns, and for marketing posts and offers NiceJob, Travefy, Tern, TravelJoy and Wanna each list something; Wanna chooses what to post and offer this week from your website and drafts it for your OK. The seven are alphabetical, not scored.
How we chose
Each vendor's own pages describe work a travel agency does, or are for a general tool a travel agency could use. Prices were read on each vendor's own pricing page on 20 Oct 2026 between 02:44 and 02:50 UTC, with the billing term the page gives. We read pages and ran none of these tools except Wanna. Tools whose pricing page did not show a clear price, or whose page we could not open, are not in the table.
The seven
| Tool | What it does | Price, read 20 Oct 2026 | Honest minus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fathom | Records calls, transcribes them and writes AI summaries and action items | Free: unlimited recordings and transcripts, with instant AI call summaries; some AI features are marked limited use. Premium 20 a month (16 billed annually), adds advanced summaries, action items and a meeting assistant. Team 19 (15 annually) and Business 34 (25 annually), both for 2 or more users | It takes notes; it holds no client record, itinerary or payment. Ask each client before you record, and ask Fathom for its terms on stored recordings |
| Goodcall | An AI phone agent that answers your calls and is billed by the number of different customers it serves, not by minutes | Starter 79 a month for 100 unique customers, then 79 cents each. Growth 129 for 500, then 26 cents. Scale 299 for 2,000, then 15 cents. A free demo agent; you pay when you connect a number | It answers calls; it holds no itinerary or booking. A busy season raises the bill, and Starter includes one team member |
| NiceJob | Review requests by text and email, review widgets for your site, Social Sharing (auto-posting to social), and on Pro, Broadcasts (email campaigns with AI-written copy) | Starter 75 a month. Pro 125, adds Repeats (rebooking reminders by text and email), referrals, AI-written review replies and Broadcasts (on-demand email campaigns with AI-written copy). Sites add-on 99 a month plus a 199 setup fee. No contracts, 14-day trial | Reviews, repeat-client messages, email campaigns and an optional website: no itineraries, no client record. Repeats starts at Pro, and its Gifts feature needs a Jobber or QuickBooks link, with no travel system named on the page |
| Tern | Software for travel advisors: itinerary builder, CRM, email integration, scheduling and booking, credit card authorization, client forms and reports; AI Assist and an AI Notetaker | Tern for Advisors (1 to 2 advisors) 49 a month per seat, or 35 billed annually. Agency, 3 to 24 advisors: 33 a month per seat, 28 billed quarterly, 25 billed annually. 25 to 99: 31, 27, 23. 100 to 499: 29, 25, 22. 500 or more: contact Tern. A free trial, length not stated | AI use has monthly limits that applied from 1 Jul 2026, and a Tern Pro add-on raises them with no price on the page. The price depends on the number of advisors you pick, and the one to two advisor plan has no quarterly term |
| Travefy | Software for travel advisors: itinerary and proposal builder, CRM with forms and automations, website builder, invoicing and commission tracking, client mobile app; lists AI Content Import | Core 39 a month billed annually, first seat; added seats 20 a month each. Premium 59 billed annually, first seat; added seats 39 a month each, adds a custom domain, business email and phone support. Agency: 20 a month per added seat, with agency tools through sales. 10-day free trial. A monthly option exists, with no monthly price on the page | The one AI feature on the pricing page is content import, and we did not read what it imports. We saw no monthly price for the monthly option, and the agency tools are sold through a sales call |
| TravelJoy | Software for travel advisors: CRM, branded itineraries and proposals, payments and authorizations, group trip management, a booking platform for hotels, activities and insurance; lists AI and automation | Starter 19 a month: no team members, 12 trips a year, no AI and automations. Pro 39 a month, with 32 shown beside it (the page did not label which is the annual price in our read): unlimited trips, group bookings, AI and automations. Premium: no price on the page, adds text messaging and a cruise booking tool. 7-day trial, no card | Starter caps you at 12 trips a year and has no AI. Our read could not tell the monthly and annual Pro prices apart; confirm at checkout. Pro team members are an add-on with no price on the page |
| Wanna | Reads your site, proposes the week's tasks, drafts posts, ads and letters; posts and ads wait for your OK | Free: 100 credits after setup, about 10 tasks (read 28 Oct 2026). Starter 20 a month, 200 credits, about 20 tasks. Growth 49, 5,000 credits. Scale 149, up to 5 companies. Each extra social account is 13 a month; Starter includes 1 | Early: 4 companies, 0 paying on 20 Oct 2026 (live). Not travel software: no itineraries, bookings, supplier links or payments, and no travel case study |
By job
Itineraries and proposals: Travefy, TravelJoy and Tern each list a builder for branded itineraries and proposals on their own pages. Client records, forms and payments: all three list a CRM, and TravelJoy and Tern list payment or card authorization tools; Travefy lists invoicing and commission tracking. A team of three or more: Tern prices agency plans by advisor count, from 33 a month per seat for 3 to 24 advisors (25 billed annually), and Travefy lists 20 a month per added seat, with agency tools through sales. Missed calls: Goodcall, billed by customer rather than by minute. Call notes: Fathom, and Tern lists its own AI Notetaker. Reviews and repeat clients: NiceJob focuses on review requests, and its Pro plan lists rebooking reminders. Local posts and offers: NiceJob lists Social Sharing on Starter and Broadcasts, email campaigns with AI-written copy, on Pro; Travefy lists Website + Marketing; Tern's FAQ lists email marketing among the tools it replaces; TravelJoy lists advanced marketing tools on Premium. Wanna differs in one way: it works from your website and needs no travel software, and drafts the next post or a quiet-month offer for your OK. Related: local service businesses and freelancers.
What Wanna is and is not
Wanna drafts. Posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 02:48 UTC on 20 Oct 2026: 4 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR 0 dollars, 27 tasks done in 7 days, 0 things that went outside. We have no travel results to show. Wanna does not build an itinerary, book a trip, hold supplier or commission records, take a payment or answer a call.
What this list does not replace
It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. Software does not replace your knowledge of a destination, your supplier and host agency terms, the travel insurance advice you give, or any seller-of-travel registration your state or country asks for. A drafted itinerary, proposal or reply still needs your review before the client sees it. Ask each vendor for its terms before passport details or card numbers go in, including its rules on call recording and texting. See the limits of a self-running company.
FAQ
What are the best AI tools for travel agencies? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the seven by task, and the table gives each price as the vendor shows it.
What is the best software for an independent travel advisor? Travefy, TravelJoy and Tern are the three made for travel advisors, each with an itinerary builder and a CRM. We ran none of them, so try one on a trip you have already planned.
How much does travel agent software cost? Entry prices shown: TravelJoy 19 a month, Tern 35 a month per seat billed annually (49 monthly; from 25 annually per seat for 3 to 24 advisors), Travefy 39 a month billed annually, NiceJob 75, Goodcall 79. Fathom starts free, then 16 billed annually. Wanna starts free, then 20. Added seats, add-ons and usage can raise the bill.
Can AI build a travel itinerary for my clients? Travefy lists AI Content Import, TravelJoy lists AI and automations on Pro, and Tern lists AI Assist. We did not test any of them, and a drafted itinerary still needs your check of dates, supplier terms and what the client asked for.
Can AI answer my travel agency's phone while I am with a client? Goodcall is built for it, from 79 a month. We did not test it, so try it on your own call types, including a caller who wants a quote over the phone.
Can AI take notes on my client planning calls? Fathom lists AI call summaries and action items, free to start, and Tern lists an AI Notetaker. We ran neither. Ask clients before you record.
Can AI ask my past clients for reviews and rebook them? NiceJob lists review requests from 75 a month and rebooking reminders on Pro at 125. Wanna does not send review requests.
Can AI write social posts and offers for my travel business? Several tools list marketing: NiceJob Social Sharing and Broadcasts (AI-written email campaigns), Travefy Website + Marketing, Tern email marketing and TravelJoy Premium marketing tools. Wanna drafts posts, ads and letters from your website and waits for your OK before anything goes out. We did not test it on a travel business. Check any price, date or claim about a trip before it is published.
Do I need itinerary and client software if I use Wanna? Yes. Wanna does not build an itinerary, hold client records or take payments.
Is Wanna travel agency software? No. It helps an owner choose and draft the next marketing task. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
