Wanna / AI tools for hearing aid clinics

8 AI tools for hearing aid clinics

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 20 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices are US dollars and change; open each link before you decide.

Short answer. If you own a hearing aid or audiology clinic with one or two locations, the work splits five ways: keeping the patient record and the hearing aid fittings, answering the phone while you are with a patient, reminding people of the next visit or a trial check-in, asking happy patients for a review, and keeping your clinic's name in front of the neighborhood. Auditdata Manage, Noah ES and Sycle are built for hearing care and cover the first. Goodcall and Smith.ai answer calls, Weave adds texting and reminders on top of a phone system, NiceJob asks for reviews, and Wanna chooses what to post and offer this week and drafts it for your OK. The eight are alphabetical, not scored.

How we chose

Each vendor's own pages describe work a hearing clinic does, or are for a general tool a clinic's owner or front desk could use. Prices were read on each vendor's own pricing page on 20 Oct 2026 between 03:44 and 03:50 UTC, with the billing term the page gives. Where a page shows no price, the table says so. We left out tools we could not open at all. We read pages and ran none of these tools except Wanna.

The eight

ToolWhat it doesPrice, read 20 Oct 2026Honest minus
Auditdata ManagePractice management built only for hearing care, per its pricing page: patient search and summary, clinical notes, hearing instrument tracking, hearing aid trials and demos, inventory, scheduling with online booking, billing and claims, reporting. An AI Notes Assistant writes visit notes. The page says it is HIPAA-compliant and works with NoahNo list price. Pricing follows locations and users; you fill in a short form for a quote, promised within one business dayThe pricing page is headed for multi-location clinics and speaks of 3-clinic groups, though its text also says a single clinic is served. Text reminders, email and fax are marked as coming through supported integrations
GoodcallAn AI phone agent that answers your calls and is billed by the number of different callers it serves, not by minutesStarter 79 a month for 100 unique customers, then 79 cents each. Growth 129 for 500, then 26 cents. Scale 299 for 2,000, then 15 cents. Free demo agent; you pay when you connect a numberIt answers calls and does not hold a patient record or fittings. Starter allows 1 external tool and 1 team member, and its pricing page says nothing about patient-privacy terms, so ask before a patient's name is spoken to it
NiceJobReview requests by text and email, review widgets for your site, auto-posting to social, and on Pro, Repeats (win back past customers), referral campaigns, email Broadcasts and AI-written review repliesStarter 75 a month. Pro 125. No contracts, 14-day free trialReviews and marketing: no schedule and no patient record. Pro's Repeats sends rebooking reminders by text and email from the last service date, not from a fitting appointment. Requests go to patients by text and email, so check your own consent and privacy rules first
Noah ESThe cloud version of Noah, the shared patient database hearing care software works in. HIMSA runs the backup, maintenance and security monitoring. Its pages list compatible products and say one patient database can serve many locations30 a month for 2 users on a one-year subscription, 46 a month month-to-month. More users can be added. Free 30-day trial, free setupA database, not a front desk: we saw no scheduling, billing, texting or marketing on its pricing page. Whether the programs you fit with work with it is for its compatibility page to say
Smith.aiReceptionists who are people, around the clock: they screen, take messages, transfer calls and, for 1.50 a call, book on your calendar (it lists Calendly and Acuity)Starter 300 a month for 30 calls (11.50 for each call over). Basic 810 for 90 (10.50 over). Pro 2,100 for 300 (8.50 over). Month-to-month, 30-day money-back guarantee, a lower rate when you subscribe for 12 monthsPriced by the call, so a busy month raises the bill. It answers for you and does not hold a patient record. We saw no patient-privacy terms on the pricing page
SyclePractice management for audiology: scheduling, patient care, billing and reporting in every plan. The Patient Experience plan adds text reminders and telehealth; the Digital and AI plan is described as the full set, with AI notes summary, dictation and appointment transcription in its feature tableNot shown. Three plans (Basics, Patient Experience, Digital and AI); you talk to a sales representativeNo price, so you cannot compare it with the others until you ask. Its page speaks to independent practices and enterprises alike, and we could not read from the feature table which plan carries each line
WannaReads your website, proposes the week's tasks, drafts posts, ads and letters; posts and ads wait for your OKFree: 10 credits after setup, enough for one task. Starter 20 a month, 200 credits, about 20 tasks, about one task a day. Growth 49, 5,000 credits. Scale 149, up to 5 companies. Each extra social account is 13 a month; Starter includes 1Early: 4 companies, 0 paying (live). Not hearing care software: no patient record, scheduling, reminders or call answering, and no hearing clinic case study
WeavePhones, texting, appointment reminders, schedule confirmations, missed call texting, online scheduling and digital forms for healthcare offices. An AI Receptionist is in early access, with an early-access discount through 2026Plans start from 199 a month. Pro, Elite and Ultimate show "Get pricing" and no figure; the AI Receptionist shows no priceIts pricing page speaks to every healthcare organization and does not mention hearing care. We could not read which plan carries which feature. It lists VoIP phones in its plans, so it touches your phone system

Of the seven tools that are not Wanna, five show a starting price: Noah ES 30 (annual, 2 users; 46 month-to-month), NiceJob 75, Goodcall 79, Weave from 199 and Smith.ai 300. Auditdata Manage and Sycle show none. These buy different things, so do not read it as a ranking.

By job

The patient record, fittings and billing: Auditdata Manage and Sycle both describe scheduling, billing and reporting for hearing care; Noah ES is the patient database underneath. Missed calls: Goodcall (AI), Smith.ai (people), Weave's AI Receptionist in early access. Reminders and texting: Weave lists appointment reminders, confirmations and missed call texting; Sycle lists text reminders from its Patient Experience plan; Auditdata Manage marks SMS notices as available through supported integrations; NiceJob Pro (Repeats) sends rebooking reminders from the last service date. Bringing past patients back: NiceJob Pro (Repeats). Review requests: NiceJob focuses on them. Local posts and offers: Wanna and NiceJob's Broadcasts and social sharing; Wanna works from your website and needs no practice software, and an offer waits for your OK. Related: dental clinics and local service businesses.

What Wanna is and is not

Wanna drafts. Posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 03:45 UTC on 20 Oct 2026: 4 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR 0 dollars, 27 tasks done in 7 days, 0 things that went outside. We have no hearing clinic results to show. Wanna does not touch a patient record, book an appointment, remind a patient, answer a call or ask for a review.

What this list does not replace

It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. No tool here replaces the audiologist or licensed hearing aid dispenser, the hearing test, the fitting or the follow-up care, nor the licenses, billing rules and record rules that apply to your clinic. Before any patient detail goes into a tool, ask the vendor for its written terms on patient information, including a business associate agreement, and for its rules on call recording and texting; we did not check them. A drafted post, ad or offer that talks about hearing results, devices or prices still needs your review before it goes out. See the limits of a self-running company.

FAQ

What is the best software for a small hearing aid clinic? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the eight by task, and the table gives each price as the vendor shows it. Auditdata Manage, Noah ES and Sycle are the three whose pages are about hearing care; we ran none of them, so ask each for a demo or the free trial on your own patients' workflow.

How much does hearing aid clinic software cost? Auditdata Manage and Sycle show no price and quote after a form or a call. Noah ES shows 30 a month for 2 users on a one-year subscription. The tools around the record start at 75 a month (NiceJob), 79 (Goodcall), from 199 (Weave) and 300 (Smith.ai). Add-ons, extra users and call counts change the total.

Can AI answer the phone for my audiology practice? Goodcall is an AI phone agent, from 79 a month. Weave has an AI Receptionist in early access with no price shown. Smith.ai uses people, from 300 a month. We ran none of them, so test one on your own calls, including a patient asking about a device or an insurance plan.

Can AI send appointment reminders to hearing aid patients? Weave lists appointment reminders, confirmations and missed call texting. Sycle lists text reminders on its Patient Experience plan, Auditdata Manage lists SMS notices through supported integrations, and NiceJob Pro's Repeats sends rebooking reminders by text and email from the last service date. Wanna does not send them.

Can AI send review requests to my hearing clinic patients? NiceJob lists review requests by text and email from 75 a month. Check your consent and privacy rules before you message patients. Wanna does not send review requests.

Can AI write posts and ads for my hearing aid clinic? Wanna drafts posts, ads and letters; posts and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on. NiceJob's Broadcasts and social sharing also cover marketing. We did not test any of them on a hearing clinic. Check any claim about hearing results, devices or prices before it is published.

Is it safe to put patient information into these tools? We did not check any vendor's terms beyond its pricing page. Auditdata's page says Manage is HIPAA-compliant; the Goodcall and Smith.ai pricing pages we read do not mention patient-privacy terms. Ask each vendor for its written terms before you start.

Do I need practice software if I use Wanna? Yes. Wanna does not hold a patient record, book appointments or take payments.

Is Wanna hearing aid clinic software? No. It helps an owner choose and draft the next marketing task. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
