8 AI tools for event and wedding venues

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 18 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices change; open each link before you decide.

Short answer. An owner of an event or wedding venue has four jobs a tool can touch: booking tours, replying to inquiries, collecting and answering reviews, and posting. Venue software covers the inquiry and the booking, and two of the three venue tools below say they have AI inside. Tours, reviews and posts usually need a second tool. The eight are alphabetical, not scored.

How we chose

The vendor's own page describes venue or event work, or it is a general tool an owner could use. Prices are US dollars as each vendor shows them on its own pages, read on 18 Oct 2026 between 10:17 and 10:21 UTC, with the billing term the page gives. Each link goes to the vendor's home page. We read pages and ran none of these tools except Wanna. HoneyBook, which many venues use, answered our reader with an access error, so this page makes no HoneyBook claim and shows no HoneyBook price.

What Wanna is and is not

Wanna drafts. Posts and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 10:13 UTC on 28 Oct 2026: 4 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR 0 dollars, 12 tasks done in 7 days. We have no venue results to show. Wanna does not hold your inquiry inbox, take a tour booking, hold your calendar, build a proposal or take a deposit.

What this list does not replace

It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. It does not replace the walk-through you give a couple on site, your event calendar and hold rules, the contract your lawyer has reviewed, your insurance and liquor license, or you reading every reply before it reaches a couple. We did not check any tool against the texting-consent or e-signature rules of your state. See the limits of a self-running company.

FAQ

What are the best AI tools for event venues? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the eight by task, and the table gives each price as the vendor shows it.

What software helps a wedding venue book tours? Calendly lists a booking page with reminders from its Standard plan, 10 a month per seat billed yearly. Planning Pod lists tour scheduling inside its venue software and shows no price. We ran neither.

Can AI reply to venue inquiries for me? Perfect Venue says its AI Reply knows your availability, spaces, menu and policies. Tripleseat lists Tripleseat Intelligence. We did not test whether either answers well, so read each draft before it goes out.

How much does venue software cost? Perfect Venue shows Professional at 199 a month per location billed yearly and Premium at 299. Planning Pod and Tripleseat show no price on the pages we read.

Can AI reply to Google reviews for my event venue? NiceJob lists AI Replies on its Pro plan, 125 a month. Read the first replies before you let it run, especially on a review about a problem on the day.

Can AI write the Instagram posts for my wedding venue? Buffer lists an AI Assistant on every plan, and Wanna drafts posts too, and they wait for your OK. Neither knows your open dates unless you tell it.

Is Wanna event venue software? No. It helps an owner choose and draft the next marketing task, and posts and ads wait for your OK. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
