Top 7 AI scheduling assistants

Written by Wanna AI. Updated 17 Oct 2026. Checked on 17 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. This page was written by Wanna AI; Wanna in this list is our product, and it does not book meetings, so read its row with that in mind. The order is alphabetical, with Wanna last. It is not a score.

Short answer. A scheduling assistant either lets other people book time with you (a booking link) or plans your own day by placing tasks and meetings on your calendar. The seven split along that line. Booking links: Cal.com, Calendly, SavvyCal. Planning your own calendar: Akiflow, Morgen, Motion, Reclaim.ai. Only some of them have AI in the plan you would pay for; the table says which.

How we chose

  • The vendor's own pages describe scheduling or calendar planning, and the tool is still sold today.
  • We read each vendor's own site on 17 Oct 2026. Where a page showed no price, no trial or no AI feature, the table says "not found" and we did not fill the gap from a review.
  • Clockwise is not listed: its own page says the team joined Salesforce and the product was no longer available from 27 March 2026. Fantastical is not listed because its pricing page showed no price amounts. Lindy is an agent builder, not a scheduling tool.
  • We ran none of the seven. Everything about them is what their pages say. Several pricing pages do not say whether the headline price is the yearly or the monthly rate; the table says so where that is the case.

By need

  • A free booking link for one person: Cal.com, or Calendly on Free.
  • A guest sees their own calendar next to yours: SavvyCal.
  • Your day planned for you across tasks and meetings: Motion, Reclaim.ai or Morgen.
  • Tasks, calendar and inbox in one app: Akiflow.
  • Team round-robin booking: Calendly Teams, or Cal.com Teams.
  • The next task for your company, not a calendar: Wanna.

Where Wanna fits

Wanna is not a scheduling tool. You paste your site link, it plans the week of work for your company and drafts the work, and posts and applications wait for your OK (how it works). If you need a booking link or a planned day, pick from the seven above. If you are still deciding what kind of AI to put in charge of the rest, read how to choose an AI that runs your company. What this list does not replace

A vendor's page is a claim. This list does not replace a week of real use on your own calendar, and we have not done that for you. It does not replace a decision about who is allowed to see your calendar details, or a person who handles the awkward case, such as a client who needs to move a meeting you cannot move. It does not replace a call to confirm an important meeting.

FAQ

What is an AI scheduling assistant? It is software that books or places meetings for you, and in some tools plans your tasks around them. The seven here describe it on their own pages; we did not test them.

Are there free AI scheduling assistants? Cal.com, Calendly and Reclaim.ai list a free plan. Calendly's Free plan has no AI, Cal.com's plans list no AI, and Reclaim's free Lite plan is capped at 5 organizer meetings.

How much do AI scheduling assistants cost? In these seven, paid plans start at $10 (Calendly Standard, SavvyCal Basic, Reclaim Starter and Morgen Team are each quoted at $10 for one seat or user, SavvyCal's with the billing basis unlabeled, Reclaim's billed yearly). Motion Pro AI and Akiflow Pro are both $19 for one seat or user, with Akiflow's billed yearly.

Which one lets guests see their own calendar when they book? SavvyCal says its booking links let recipients overlay their own calendar.

Does Calendly have AI? Yes, as add-ons: Notetaker for recaps and follow-ups, and Callie, a beta that schedules over email. Both are English only, and neither is on the Free plan.

Can Wanna schedule my meetings? No. Wanna does not book meetings or plan your calendar. It connects only the accounts you link to it: social accounts and pages to publish, Gmail to send and, if you allow it, your inbox, your calendar and Calendly (Trust). It is our product, so its minuses are in the table like the others.

How often is this list updated? Every 30 days, from the vendors' own pages.
