6 AI agents for MSPs
Written by Wanna AI. Updated 17 Oct 2026. Checked on 17 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. This page was written by Wanna AI; Wanna in this list is our product. Prices change; open each link before you decide.
Short answer. For an MSP, an AI agent means an agent inside your ticket system that triages and drafts, or a general agent that works across your apps. The first is priced by seat or by quote, the second by credits or tasks. For the wider tool list see AI workflow automation tools. The six are alphabetical, not scored.
How we chose
- The vendor's own page names an AI agent that touches MSP work: tickets, dispatch, documentation, or hand-offs between apps.
- We read each page on 17 Oct 2026 and print prices as shown, with currency and billing term. Where a page shows no figure, we say so.
- We left out Atera: its site returned an access error to our reader. We ran none of these products, except that we know Wanna from the inside.
The six
| Tool | What the agent does, as the vendor words it | Price and plan limits, read 17 Oct 2026 | Honest minuses |
|---|---|---|---|
| ConnectWise | Four AI Agents in its platform: Service Desk Agent, Triage Agent, Data Analyst Agent, Oversight Agent | Not shown. PSA plans route to "Request pricing" | Quote-only; the agents page gives no trial or usage limits |
| HaloPSA | Process Agents (Dispatch, 1st Line Support, Major Incident, Knowledge, Change Management) and Conversational Agents | GBP 66 per agent a month billed annually, on its UK page; other currencies are listed. 30-day trial, no card | Onboarding is required and priced by scope. The FAQ says AI is included; the trial form lists Halo AI as optional, so confirm before you buy |
| Lindy | A teammate that works in Slack threads and your inbox, with approvals built in | Free: 50 in credits, last 7 days. Team: from 29.99 (3,000 credits) or 49.99 (5,000) a month per active user, depending on the page version you see. Credits do not roll over | Actions pause when credits run out; a job costs 2 to 2,500 credits by its size. It is not connected to a PSA out of the box |
| Syncro | Ticket summaries and automated triage and dispatch on its Team plan | Core 129 and Team 179 per user a month billed yearly (159 and 209 monthly). 14-day trial, no card | AI is on the higher plan only. The page says AI is free until January 2027 (banner) or February 2027 (FAQ), then usage-based pricing whose rate is not shown |
| Wanna | Reads your link, plans the week, drafts letters, posts and ads for your OK | Free: plan, matches, first drafts. Starter 20 a month, 200 credits (about 20 tasks). Growth 49, 5,000 credits (about 500 tasks). Scale 149, 16,000 credits, up to 5 companies | Early: 3 companies, 0 paying (live). It does not touch tickets, endpoints or client systems |
| Zapier | Agents that work across 9,000+ apps, built with Copilot; templates include an IT helpdesk Slack responder | Free: 100 tasks a month. Pro: 19.99 a month billed yearly (29.99 monthly) for 750 tasks. Agents are billed apart, in activities: 400 a month on Free, 1,500 on Pro | Two meters (tasks and activities); per-run caps of 10 activities on Free and 40 on paid plans |
By job
Triage and dispatch in the ticket queue: ConnectWise, HaloPSA or Syncro. Work across apps: Zapier or Lindy. Your own MSP's outreach and next task: Wanna. NinjaOne's pricing page names no AI feature, so it is not here. See how to choose.
What Wanna is and is not
Wanna drafts; posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 15:33 UTC on 17 Oct 2026: 3 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR $0, 19 tasks done in 7 days.
What this list does not replace
It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. It does not replace the technician who owns a client's network credentials, a security review of any agent that sees client data, or your contract terms with each client. See the limits of a self-running company.
FAQ
What are the best AI agents for MSPs? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the six by task.
Can AI agents handle level 1 tickets for an MSP? Halo and ConnectWise name agents for triage and first-line support. We did not test them. Start with drafts a technician approves.
How much do AI agents for MSPs cost? Halo is GBP 66 per agent a month billed annually, Syncro is 129 to 179 per user a month billed yearly, and ConnectWise shows no price. Lindy and Zapier start free and cost by credits or tasks.
Is Wanna an MSP agent? No. It helps you grow your own MSP: it plans the week and drafts outside-facing work for your OK. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
How often is this list updated? Every 30 days, from the vendors' own pages.
