Short answer. Motion is an app that puts your tasks, projects, meetings and calendar in one place and re-plans your day as things change. It fits a busy person or small team with too many tasks and too little calendar. We found no source showing it decides what your company should do next.

- One outside review, with its date: Saner.AI, published 3 Mar 2026. Saner.AI sells a rival product that wins its own comparison table, so it is not a neutral party. It reports no hands-on test; it summarizes user reviews on G2, Trustpilot, Capterra and Reddit.
- We did not run Motion ourselves. This is the biggest limit of this page.
What Motion does
Motion lists an AI task manager, calendar, project manager, meeting assistant and notetaker. It says its planner re-optimizes your schedule "hundreds of times a day" and that its AI project manager is "over 90% accurate out of the box." These are Motion's own claims; we did not measure them.

What reviewers say goes wrong
Saner.AI, citing user reviews, lists a steep learning curve, a cluttered interface, a weaker mobile app and price rises "a few times." It quotes a Trustpilot reviewer who wrote that a free trial "was automatically changed to a year membership." Each is a rival's summary of other people's posts, so treat it as a lead to check, not a finding.
Where it fits a small team
Use Motion when you already know what the work is and the trouble is fitting it into the day: a founder with a long task list and a full week of meetings. Look elsewhere if your problem is "what should my company do this week."

What Motion does not replace
Motion does not replace a person who decides which tasks matter, or a project manager for a large team. Wanna does not replace those either, and it does not replace Motion for scheduling your day.

Is Motion worth it for a small business? It can be if you already have a long task list and a full calendar. We did not run it, so try one real week before paying.
How much is Motion? On 17 Oct 2026 its site showed, billed yearly, Pro AI at $19 and Business AI at $29; billed monthly, $29 and $49, each for one user. Pro AI and Business AI come with 7,500 and 15,000 AI credits. That is the Teams tab; the Individuals tab showed higher prices.
Does Motion have a free plan? We saw a free trial offer and no free tier on the pricing page. Saner.AI also reports no free tier.
Does Motion have AI employees or agents? Motion's pricing page, read today, lists AI features such as chat, planner and writer, and no AI employees or agents.
Can Motion run my company for me? Not on this evidence. It plans the work you give it; we found no source showing it decides what a company should do next.
