Run one fixed weekly leadership meeting with a named owner per metric

Ogonowski runs a single 90-minute weekly meeting with his small executive team, at the same day and time every week, with a fixed agenda. It includes a check-in on the one main objective of the quarter and a KPI dashboard review in which each person is responsible for a set of metrics. He says the broken versions he tried before included status-update meetings, deal-by-deal pipeline reviews, trying to solve everything at once and meeting every two weeks.

“Each person is responsible for a set of metrics.”— Paul Ogonowski, The 90-Minute Weekly Leadership Meeting That Runs My Entire Company, Feb 2026
