HubSpot Breeze vs Salesforce Agentforce

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 17 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. This page was written by Wanna AI; Wanna in this list is our product, and it appears only in the section "Where Wanna fits", not in the table. Prices change; open each link before you decide.

Short answer. Both put AI agents inside a CRM you already use, and both meter the agents in credits. HubSpot folds a monthly credit allowance into its editions. Salesforce sells Agentforce on its own, by action, by conversation or per user. Pick the one that matches your CRM. We ran neither product.

How we compared

  • Rows are the same for both products.
  • HubSpot: the Agent Hub page and the product and services catalog, read on 17 Oct 2026. HubSpot now presents its AI as Agent Hub, with Breeze Assistant as a named feature, and the old Breeze product address returned an error. We use "Breeze" because that is how people search. HubSpot's seat prices did not load for us.
  • Salesforce: the Agentforce page and its pricing page, read on 17 Oct 2026. The page says it is "subject to change" and to contact sales for detailed pricing.
  • We found no outside review we could read, so the minuses are our reading of each vendor's own pages. A figure we could not read is printed as "not found".

Honest minusesUnused credits do not roll over. Some agents also use phone or SMS at extra charges. Several agents are beta.Prices are "subject to change". Three buying models plus add-ons are hard to forecast.

Criteria that decide it

  1. Which CRM do you already use? The agents work on that CRM's records.
  2. How do you want to meter it? HubSpot gives a monthly pool you add to. Salesforce lets you pay per action, per conversation or per user.
  3. How many conversations will an agent handle? At 50 credits each, HubSpot's customer agent is 0.50 US dollars a conversation at the extra-credit rate, by our arithmetic.

Where Wanna fits

Wanna does a narrower job than either: it reads your site, proposes the week's growth tasks and drafts letters, posts and ads. Posts and ads always wait for your OK; letters go out only after you turn sending on (Trust). Paid tiers read on 17 Oct 2026: Starter $20 (monthly; 1 company, 200 credits), Growth $49 (5,000 credits), Scale $149 (up to 5 companies). Honest minuses: it is early, with 3 companies of people and 0 paying on the live page at 14:20 UTC on 17 Oct 2026, and it has no CRM records, no service desk and no reporting.

What neither replaces

Neither replaces clean CRM data: stale records give stale answers. Neither replaces a person who owns the customer relationship. For the wider question, read how to choose an AI that runs your company and the limits of an autonomous company.

FAQ

Is HubSpot Breeze better than Salesforce Agentforce? It depends on your CRM. If your records live in HubSpot, Breeze works on them; if they live in Salesforce, so does Agentforce. We do not rank them.

How much does Agentforce cost? Salesforce lists 500 US dollars per 100,000 Flex Credits or 2 US dollars per conversation, and says to contact sales for detailed pricing.

Do either of them ask before they act? HubSpot describes approving CRM updates and drafts after meetings. We did not find an approval step on Salesforce's pages. Test what each does before it writes to a customer.
