7 AI tools for small real estate brokerages
Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 18 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices change; open each link before you decide.
Short answer. A brokerage with 1 to 10 agents spends its marketing hours on four jobs: listing posts, replies to new leads, asking for and answering reviews, and neighborhood content. The seven tools below each cover at least one of them. They are alphabetical, not scored. We read each vendor's own pages on 18 Oct 2026 and ran none of them, except Wanna, which we know from the inside. For the CRM, call-notes and automation side, see AI tools for real estate agencies and AI tools for real estate agents.
How we chose
- The vendor's own page describes one of the four jobs, or a general tool a broker or an agent could use for it.
- A price or limit we could not read on 18 Oct 2026 is marked as not shown.
- Prices are in US dollars, as read that day, with the billing term. Each link goes to the vendor's home page.
The seven
| Tool | What it does | Who it is for | Price and limits, read 18 Oct 2026 | Honest minuses |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Buffer | Schedules and publishes social posts; has an AI Assistant and a comment inbox | A brokerage posting listings and market updates on a few channels | Free 0: up to 3 channels, 10 scheduled posts per channel, 1 user. Essentials from 6 per channel monthly (5 yearly). Team from 12 per channel monthly (10 yearly). 3 channels on Essentials is 18 monthly | Free holds 10 scheduled posts per channel at a time; Essentials includes 1 user, and approval workflows are on Team only |
| Claude | A general AI assistant for drafts and analysis | A broker or agent who writes listing copy, client emails and area write-ups | Free 0. Pro 20 monthly (17 per month with the yearly plan, 200 billed up front). Team Standard seat 25 monthly (20 yearly), for teams of 2 to 150 | The page says usage limits apply and describes Pro as "More usage" |
| Follow Up Boss | A CRM for real estate leads, with AI summaries, smart messages and suggested tasks | A brokerage whose agents work leads from several sources | Grow 69 monthly for each user (58 yearly). Pro 499 monthly with 10 users included (416 yearly), additional users 49 (41 yearly). Calling on Grow is an add-on at 39 for each user monthly (33 yearly). 14-day free trial | The page says many AI features rely on data from calling, which is extra on Grow; at 8 or more users Grow costs more than Pro (8 x 69 = 552, our arithmetic) |
| Jasper | AI marketing copy with saved brand voices | A broker who wants one consistent voice across posts and emails | Pro 69 monthly for each seat (59 yearly), 1 seat and 2 Brand Voices included. 7-day free trial. Business: custom pricing | Pro is one seat; more seats mean the Business plan, which the page sends to sales; some features run on credits |
| Lofty | A real estate CRM with IDX websites and AI agents; its pages list Social Studio, a Social Agent and Lofty Blast, which turns a new listing into Facebook and Instagram ads and email | A brokerage that wants leads, site and listing promotion in one system | No price shown: its Agent, Team, Broker and Enterprise plans each read "Request Pricing". Sales Agent and Social Agent are listed as add-ons | We cannot give a cost. Its FAQ says there is no free trial and offers a demo, so you cannot compare cost before you talk to sales |
| NiceJob | Sends review requests by SMS and email, shows reviews on your site, and on Pro writes review replies (AI Replies). Has a real estate page | A brokerage that wants more reviews on its profile and replies to them | Starter 75 monthly, Pro 125 monthly, in US dollars, no contracts; 14-day free trial. No yearly price is shown | AI Replies is on Pro (125), not on Starter (75). Auto-share goes to Facebook and X; Instagram and LinkedIn are shared by hand |
| Wanna | Reads your site, proposes the week's tasks, drafts posts, letters and ads. Posts and ads always wait for your OK; letters go out only after you turn sending on (Trust) | A brokerage looking for its own next clients and its own outside-facing content | Free: 10 credits once, then the team pauses. Starter 20 monthly, 200 credits. Growth 49, 5,000 credits. Scale 149, up to 5 companies, 16,000 credits. Social accounts are an add-on at 13 monthly each; Starter includes 1 | Early: 3 companies, 0 paying (live). It is not a CRM, has no MLS or listing feed, and does not manage leads, deals or agent seats |
By job
Listing posts: Buffer to schedule them, Lofty for listing ads inside a real estate system, Claude or Jasper to draft the words. Lead replies: Follow Up Boss or Lofty. Reviews, asking and answering: NiceJob. Neighborhood content: Claude or Jasper write the draft; the local facts, such as schools, transit and recent sales, come from you. The brokerage's own next clients and outside-facing posts: Wanna. How we suggest you weigh any vendor: how to choose.
What Wanna is and is not
Wanna drafts; posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 09:38 UTC on 18 Oct 2026: 3 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR $0, 21 tasks done in 7 days. That is a small base, and no real estate case study is on record. It does not manage your leads, listings or deals, so it sits next to a CRM, not in place of one.
What this list does not replace
It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. It does not replace your broker of record, your state's licensing, advertising and fair housing rules, your MLS rules for listing text and photos, or the consent rules for calls and texts; we did not review any tool against them. Every listing description and neighborhood claim still has to match the listing and the facts on record, and a draft is not an approved ad. Pricing a listing, a showing and a signed contract stay with a licensed person.
FAQ
What are the best AI tools for a small real estate brokerage? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the seven by task: listing posts, lead replies, reviews and neighborhood content.
How much do AI tools for a small brokerage cost? Buffer, Claude and Wanna have a 0 tier. Follow Up Boss starts at 69 monthly for each user, or 499 monthly for 10 users on Pro. NiceJob is 75 or 125 monthly. Lofty shows no price. The table has each figure and its billing term.
Can AI write my listing descriptions and social posts? Claude and Jasper draft text, and Buffer has an AI Assistant for posts. You still check every fact against the listing, your MLS rules and the rules that apply to you before anything goes out.
Can AI reply to my leads and my reviews? Follow Up Boss lists smart messages and Lofty lists a Sales Agent for leads; NiceJob lists AI Replies for reviews on Pro. We did not run them. Check how your state treats automated calls and texts first.
Which AI tool should a brokerage with five agents start with? We cannot tell from outside your numbers. Pick the one job that costs you the most hours, use the free tier or trial named in the table, and look at it for a month.
Is Wanna a real estate tool? Not specifically. It helps a brokerage find its own next clients by planning the week and drafting posts, ads and letters; posts and ads wait for your OK. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
How often is this list updated? Every 30 days, from the vendors' own pages.
