8 AI tools for mortgage brokers

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 29 Oct 2026 (BNTouch, Floify and Shape on 22 Oct 2026), refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices are US dollars and change; open each link before you decide.

Short answer. If you own a mortgage brokerage with one to five loan officers, the software work splits five ways: the loan file itself (application, pricing, disclosures, conditions), collecting documents from borrowers, following up with leads and past clients, handling the calls and texts that come in while you are in a file, and getting your own name in front of agents and borrowers. Arive, Floify and Zeitro sit on the file and the borrower's documents. BNTouch, LoanOfficer.ai and Shape put a CRM and AI features around them. MortgageCoach is for the rate and strategy conversation. Wanna chooses what to post and send for your own marketing this week and drafts it for your OK. The eight are alphabetical, not scored.

How we chose

Each vendor's own pages describe work a mortgage broker does, or a CRM a mortgage team can use. Prices were read on each vendor's own pages, with the billing term the page gives: Arive, LoanOfficer.ai, MortgageCoach, Zeitro and Wanna on 29 Oct 2026 between 21:12 and 21:16 UTC; BNTouch, Floify and Shape on 22 Oct 2026. Where the page shows no price, the table says so. We read pages and ran none of these tools except Wanna.

What Wanna is and is not

Wanna drafts. Posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 21:13 UTC on 29 Oct 2026: 5 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR 0 dollars, 27 tasks done in 7 days, 0 things that went outside. We have no mortgage results to show. Wanna does not originate a loan, pull credit, price a rate, issue a disclosure, collect a borrower document, run a CRM or answer a call.

What this list does not replace

It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. No software replaces your NMLS license and your state licensing, the lender's own guidelines, or your judgment on a borrower's file; an AI summary, income calculation or document review still needs your eyes before anything goes to a lender or a borrower. Required disclosures and the rules on advertising, calls and texts to borrowers stay with you and your compliance counsel, and a drafted post, email or text still needs your review before it goes out. Rate quotes come from your lenders on the day, not from a page or a draft. See the limits of a self-running company.

FAQ

What are the best AI tools for mortgage brokers? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the eight by task, and the table gives each price as the vendor shows it.

What is the best software for a small mortgage brokerage? Arive, Floify and Zeitro sit on the loan file and the borrower's documents; BNTouch, LoanOfficer.ai and Shape are the CRMs with AI features, and Zeitro is a point of sale with a pricing engine and AI-built 1003. We ran none of them, so try one on a week of files you have already closed.

How much does mortgage broker software cost? Entry prices shown: Arive 49.99 per originator seat billed yearly; BNTouch 95 per user a month (165 for one user); LoanOfficer.ai 197 for 2 seats plus a 299 setup fee, with add-ons such as Property Pulse extra. Zeitro has Starter marked 0 USD on its platform page; the pricing link now leads to a demo. Floify, MortgageCoach and Shape show no price. Wanna starts free, then 20.

Do I need a CRM if I already have a loan origination system? The pages we read suggest they overlap in places. Arive lists call reports and a realtor portal, and BNTouch lists a CRM and a point of sale together, and Zeitro lists a pipeline with its point of sale. Check which of your current tools already does the follow-up before you add another bill.

Can AI answer calls for my mortgage brokerage? Shape lists an AI Calling Bot and LoanOfficer.ai a dialer with an AI assistant. BNTouch lists its call assistant as coming soon. We ran none of them, so test one on your own call types, including a caller asking for today's rate.

Can AI write follow-up emails and texts for a loan officer? BNTouch lists drafted follow-ups from borrower data, and LoanOfficer.ai lists email campaigns and texting. Read every draft before it goes out; rates, dates and loan terms are yours to check.

Can AI write posts and emails for my mortgage business? Wanna drafts posts, ads and letters and waits for your OK before anything goes out. We did not test the others on this. Check any rate, number or claim before it is published.

Can AI replace a loan officer? No. These tools handle paperwork, reminders and drafts. A licensed person still takes the application, advises the borrower and signs off on the file.

Is Wanna a mortgage tool? No. It helps an owner choose and draft the next marketing task. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
