8 AI tools for junk removal companies
Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 19 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices change; open each link before you decide.
Short answer. A junk removal owner with one to five trucks loses jobs in four places: the customer who wanted a price before calling, the booking that waits until you are back at the office, the search for "junk removal near me" where you do not show up, and the happy customer who never left a review. The eight tools below cover those four jobs. They are alphabetical, not scored. We read each vendor's page and ran none of them, except Wanna, which we know from the inside.
How we chose
The vendor's own page describes one of the four jobs for a service business, or is a general tool its owner could use. JunkQ is built only for junk removal; Housecall Pro, Jobber and Zenbooker serve many trades and each has a junk removal page of its own, which we link; NiceJob, QuoteIQ and Google do not name it on the pages we read. A price or limit we could not read on 19 Oct 2026 is marked as not shown. Prices are in US dollars, as read that day; each link goes to the vendor's own page. Our wider list for local service businesses covers more trades.
The eight
| Tool | What it does | Who it is for | Price and limits, read 19 Oct 2026 | Honest minuses |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile | Puts your company on Google Search and Maps, lets you collect reviews and reply to them under "Response from the owner" | Any owner with a service area who is not yet on the map | Free to create and claim, per Google's own pages | It is not an AI tool and quotes nothing; verification is required before it shows, and the help page says a profile suits businesses that deal with customers in person |
| Housecall Pro | Field service software: quotes, scheduling, invoicing, online booking through Google or your site, and review management in every plan. CSR AI, which answers calls and chats, is a separate add-on. It has a junk removal software page | A crew that wants quotes, booking and invoices in one app | Basic 59 a month billed yearly (79 monthly), 1 user. Essentials 149 (189), 5 users. Max 299 (329), 8 users, 35 for each extra user. 14-day trial, no card. CSR AI: no price shown | We read no photo quote on its pages; CSR AI has no price on the page |
| Jobber | Field service software: quotes, scheduling, invoicing and online booking in every plan. An AI Receptionist is a 29 a month add-on, and included in Plus. It has a junk removal software page | A small crew that wants one tool from first call to invoice | Core 49 a month at list price, 29 billed yearly after the first 12 months (the page also shows an annual offer of 21 for the first year, ending 30 Oct), 1 user. Connect from 99 billed yearly after year one. Grow from 149. Plus from 399, 5 users. Each extra user 29. 14-day trial on Grow, no card | Reviews need a Reviews add-on, and the pricing page gives no price for it; we read no photo quote on its pages |
| JunkQ | Made for junk removal: a customer sends a photo and gets a price based on your truck-load rates. It also has a field pricing app, a CRM, scheduling and card deposits through your own Stripe account | An owner who wants the quote on the website at any hour | Basic 49 a month: AI quote widget, up to 10 service ZIP codes. Pro 79 a month: adds the booking widget, unlimited ZIP codes and removes JunkQ branding. "Unlimited AI estimates. No per-lead fees." 7-day trial, 0 today | Stripe card fees still apply. The booking widget is Pro only. The page does not mention reviews or local search. We did not test how its price compares with a quote you would give on site |
| NiceJob | Reviews: requests to customers, social proof, a small microsite; the Pro plan adds AI replies to reviews | An owner whose weak spot is the review count | Starter 75 a month. Pro 125 a month. Sites add-on 99 a month plus a 199 setup fee. 14-day trial; the page does not say whether a card is needed. No yearly price shown | Its page lists Home Services and Auto and Moving but does not name junk removal. The page claims "4x more reviews" with no source we could check |
| QuoteIQ | Field service software with an AI Estimator that drafts a priced quote from a photo or a description, using your price book; a quote and booking widget for your site; review requests after payment | An owner who wants the quote drafted for them to check | Essentials 29.99 a month, 1 user, 500 credits. Beginner 99.99, 2 users. Pro 199.99, 4 users. Elite 299.99, 10 users. Each extra user 25. 14-day trial, card required. Annual prices not read | The AI Estimator draws on a credit allowance, so heavy use can mean a higher plan. The home page we read does not name junk removal |
| Wanna | Reads your site, proposes the week's tasks, drafts letters, posts and ads. Posts and ads always wait for your OK; letters go out only after you turn sending on (Trust) | An owner looking for new customers and local partners through marketing | Free: 10 credits once, then the team pauses. Starter 20 monthly, 200 credits. Growth 49, 5,000 credits. Scale 149, up to 5 companies, 16,000 credits | Early: 4 companies, 0 paying (live). It is not quoting or booking software: it does not price a pile, take a booking, dispatch a truck or manage your Google profile |
| Zenbooker | Online booking page and widgets for your website, quote requests, payments and invoicing, CRM, reminders and a field app for your crew. It has a junk removal software page | An owner who wants customers to book a slot themselves | Standard 29 a month, 2 service territories. Professional 79, 8 territories, adds bookable estimates and price adjustment rules. Enterprise 149. All month to month. 14-day trial, no card | We read no photo quote on its pages; the plan limit is the number of service territories |
By job
Online quotes: JunkQ, QuoteIQ, or the quote tools inside Housecall Pro and Jobber. Booking: Zenbooker, JunkQ Pro, Housecall Pro or Jobber. Local search: Google Business Profile. Reviews: NiceJob, QuoteIQ's post-payment requests, Housecall Pro's review management or Jobber's Reviews add-on. Finding new customers and local partners through marketing: Wanna. A similar list for dental clinics. How we suggest you weigh any vendor: how to choose.
What Wanna is and is not
Wanna drafts; posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 11:44 UTC on 19 Oct 2026: 4 companies, 0 paying, MRR $0, 26 tasks done in 7 days. That is a small base. It is not quoting software and does not price a pile, book a pickup or schedule a truck.
What this list does not replace
It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. An AI quote from a photo does not replace seeing the load; a pile can hide items, stairs or hazardous material, and the final price is still yours to confirm. It does not replace your license, your insurance or the disposal and recycling rules in your county and state, and we did not review any tool against them. A drafted reply to a review or a customer still needs your read before it goes out. Your booking and billing system stays the record.
FAQ
What are the best AI tools for junk removal companies? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the eight by task.
How much do AI tools for junk removal companies cost? In the table, paid plans start at 20 a month (Wanna Starter) and 29 (Zenbooker Standard; Jobber Core billed yearly after the first year). The top plans listed run from 299 to 329 a month (Housecall Pro Max, QuoteIQ Elite at 299.99) and Jobber Plus from 399. Google Business Profile is free, and Wanna has a Free tier of 10 credits once. The table has each figure and its read date.
Can AI give a customer a junk removal quote from a photo? JunkQ and QuoteIQ list a photo quote. We did not run either, and their pages do not show how close a quote is to your on-site price. Compare a few of your past jobs before you put one on your site.
Can customers book a junk pickup online? Zenbooker, JunkQ Pro, Housecall Pro and Jobber list online booking. Test the flow on your phone before customers do.
How do I show up for "junk removal near me"? Claim and verify a Google Business Profile, which Google says is free. We found no tool on this list that promises a ranking, and we do not.
Can I get more Google reviews for a junk removal business? NiceJob, QuoteIQ and Housecall Pro list review requests, and Jobber has a Reviews add-on. We did not test them and none of the pages shows a result for a company like yours.
Is Wanna a tool for junk removal companies? Not specifically. It helps an owner find new customers by planning the week and drafting posts, ads and letters; posts and ads wait for your OK. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
How often is this list updated? Every 30 days, from the vendors' own pages.
