8 AI tools for gutter cleaning companies
Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 20 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices are US dollars and change; open each link before you decide.
Short answer. If you own a gutter cleaning or gutter guard company with one to three trucks, the work splits five ways: quoting a roofline with the guard and downspout add-ons, scheduling short jobs in a tight route, answering the phone while you are on a ladder, asking for the review once the water runs clear, and getting the same customers back before spring and before fall. Servgrow and QuoteIQ are the two with pages written for gutter work. Housecall Pro and Jobber are general field service software for quotes, scheduling and invoices, and Werx covers quotes and billing. Goodcall answers calls, NiceJob asks for reviews and sends rebooking reminders, and Wanna chooses what to post and offer this week and drafts it for your OK. The eight are alphabetical, not scored.
How we chose
Each vendor's own pages describe work a gutter company does, or are for a general tool a gutter company could use. Prices were read on each vendor's own pricing page on 20 Oct 2026 between 02:43 and 02:46 UTC, with the billing term the page gives. We read pages and ran none of these tools except Wanna.
The eight
| Tool | What it does | Price, read 20 Oct 2026 | Honest minus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Goodcall | An AI phone agent that answers your calls and is billed by the number of different customers it serves, not by minutes | Starter 79 a month for 100 unique customers, then 79 cents each. Growth 129 for 500, then 26 cents. Scale 299 for 2,000, then 15 cents. A free demo agent; you pay when you connect a number | It answers calls and can book them; it holds no quotes or invoices. A busy leaf-fall month raises the bill |
| Housecall Pro | Field service software: online booking, scheduling and dispatch, estimates and invoices, review management; an AI answering add-on called CSR AI | Basic 79 a month (59 billed annually), 1 user. Essentials 189 (149 annually), 5 users. Max 329 (299 annually), 8 users, 35 a month for each extra user. 14-day trial, no card. CSR AI: no price on the page | General field service software, not specific to gutter work. Low intro offers (1 to 3 months) sit beside the list prices |
| Jobber | Field service software: quotes, online booking, scheduling, invoices and online payments. Add-ons include a Receptionist for calls and texts and a Pipeline for leads | Core 49 a month, 1 user (29 billed annually). Connect 139 (99 annually), adds automated client reminders and quote and invoice follow-ups. Grow 199 (149 annually). The page lists higher prices for 5 or more users, and each added user is 29 a month. Savings offers end 30 Oct. 14-day trial on Grow, no card | Not made for gutter work: you build your own price per foot and guard add-ons. Receptionist and Pipeline are add-ons that raise the monthly bill |
| NiceJob | Review requests by text and email, review widgets for your site, auto-posting of reviews to social | Starter 75 a month. Pro 125, adds Repeats (rebooking reminders by text and email timed from the last service date), referrals and AI-written review replies. Sites add-on 99 a month plus a 199 setup fee. No contracts, 14-day trial | Reviews and repeat-customer messages only: no quotes, no schedule, no invoices. Repeats starts at Pro |
| QuoteIQ | Estimates, invoices, scheduling and payments; has a gutter cleaning page describing an estimator that uses home stories, gutter footage, debris level, downspout count and guard needs; lists an AI virtual call team | Essentials 29.99 a month, 1 user. Beginner 99.99, 2 users, adds MapMeasure Pro (satellite measuring). Pro 199.99, 4 users, adds email and text automation and job costing. Elite 299.99, 10 users, adds client self-booking and route optimization. Max 699.99, 20 users. Extra users 25. 14-day trial, card required | Its gutter page shows Beginner at 74.99 and Pro at 149.99, not the 99.99 and 199.99 on its pricing page, and puts self-booking on Beginner, where the pricing page puts it on Elite. Confirm at checkout. Card processing fees and extra IQ Credits are separate |
| Servgrow | Field service software with a gutter cleaning page: online booking, estimates with options for guards and downspouts, scheduling, routing, job photos, invoicing and payments, and campaigns by text and email before spring and before fall; lists an AI Receptionist | Pro 19 a month, 1 user. Plus 32, 1 to 3 users, adds the customer portal, forms and job photos. Grow 32 as a limited offer, struck from a list price of 139, 1 to 5 users, adds automation, marketing and a website. All three are shown billed annually; we did not read a month-to-month price. 14-day trial, no card. Two-way texting is a 10 a month add-on | Automated follow-ups, which carry the spring and fall rebooking, start at Grow, and the Grow price is a limited offer. Texting is an add-on. We could not read a price for the AI Receptionist |
| Werx | An office app for contractors with a gutter page: itemized estimates with online approval, invoices, online payments through Stripe, crew time, and two-way QuickBooks Online sync | Essential 49 a month, 10 active projects. Plus 89, 20 active projects. Unlimited 119. Extra users 6 a month, time-only users 4. 14-day trial, no card | The money side only: we saw no scheduling board, route, call answering or review requests on its pages. Essential counts 10 active projects, and a month of short cleanings can use them up unless you mark finished ones inactive |
| Wanna | Reads your site, proposes the week's tasks, drafts posts, ads and letters; posts and ads wait for your OK | Free: 10 credits after setup, enough for one task. Starter 20 a month, 200 credits, about one task a day. Growth 49, 5,000 credits. Scale 149, up to 5 companies. Each extra social account is 13 a month; Starter includes 1 | Early: 4 companies, 0 paying (live). Not gutter software: no estimates, scheduling, dispatch or call answering, and no gutter case study |
By job
Quotes with guard and downspout add-ons: Servgrow's estimates with options and QuoteIQ's gutter estimator are the two described for gutter work on the vendors' own pages. Jobber, Housecall Pro and Werx quote any trade, so you would set up your own price per foot. Measuring from the air: QuoteIQ's MapMeasure Pro, from the Beginner plan. Scheduling and routes: Servgrow, QuoteIQ (route optimization on Elite), Jobber and Housecall Pro; Werx lists none. Missed calls: Goodcall; the Receptionist add-on from Jobber; Housecall Pro's CSR AI add-on; Servgrow's AI Receptionist; or QuoteIQ's Virtual Call Team, on every plan and billed in credits. Spring and fall rebooking: Servgrow's campaigns text and email past customers before each season from the Grow plan, and NiceJob's Repeats does the same from Pro, timed from the last service date. Review requests: NiceJob focuses on them, and Housecall Pro lists review management. Local posts and offers: Wanna works from your website and needs no job software; it drafts the next post or a slow-week offer for your OK. Related: local service businesses and construction companies.
What Wanna is and is not
Wanna drafts. Posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 02:45 UTC on 20 Oct 2026: 4 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR 0 dollars, 27 tasks done in 7 days, 0 things that went outside. We have no gutter results to show. Wanna does not write a quote, measure a roofline, schedule a crew, take a booking or answer a call.
What this list does not replace
It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. A price built from stories, footage and downspout count does not replace a look at the roofline, the fascia and the pitch before you commit to a number. No software replaces ladder and fall-protection practice, your liability insurance and workers' compensation, or the contractor registration your state asks for on install work. A drafted quote or reply still needs your review before the customer sees it. Ask each vendor for its terms before customer details go in, including its rules on call recording and texting. FAQ
What are the best AI tools for gutter cleaning companies? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the eight by task, and the table gives each price as the vendor shows it.
What is the best software for a gutter cleaning business? Servgrow and QuoteIQ are the two with pages written for gutter cleaning and guard work. Jobber and Housecall Pro are general field service software many trades use. We ran none of them, so try one on a week of jobs you have already booked.
How much does gutter cleaning software cost? Entry prices shown: Servgrow 19 a month billed annually, QuoteIQ 29.99, Jobber 49, Werx 49, NiceJob 75, Housecall Pro 79, Goodcall 79. Wanna starts free, then 20. Add-ons, extra users and texting can raise the bill.
Can software remind my customers to book gutter cleaning every spring and fall? Servgrow lists campaigns by text and email before each season on its Grow plan, and NiceJob lists Repeats, rebooking reminders timed from the last service date, on its Pro plan. We did not test either. Check your texting consent rules before you message old customers.
Can AI quote a gutter job from the address? QuoteIQ describes an estimator that uses home stories, footage, debris level, downspout count and guard needs, and MapMeasure Pro for satellite measuring. We did not test it, and a measure from the air still needs checking against the roofline before you quote.
Can AI answer my gutter company's phone while I am on a ladder? Goodcall is built for it, from 79 a month. Jobber, Housecall Pro, Servgrow and QuoteIQ list an AI that answers calls too. We ran none of them, so test one on your own call types, including a caller who wants a price over the phone.
Can AI send review requests to my gutter customers? NiceJob lists review requests by text and email from 75 a month, and Housecall Pro lists review management. Wanna does not send review requests.
Can AI write posts and offers for my gutter business? Wanna drafts posts, ads and letters and waits for your OK before anything goes out. Servgrow's Grow plan lists marketing campaigns. We did not test either. Check any price, date or claim about a job before it is published.
Do I need quoting and scheduling software if I use Wanna? Yes. Wanna does not quote a job, schedule a crew or take payments.
Is Wanna software for gutter companies? No. It helps an owner choose and draft the next marketing task. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
