Short answer. An escape room owner has six jobs a tool can touch: taking bookings, collecting waivers, answering calls, answering website questions, getting reviews and posting. Booking and waiver tools do the first two. On the pricing and escape room pages we read for Bookeo, Resova and Smartwaiver, the word "AI" does not appear. The AI sits in the phone, chat, review and posting tools. The eight are alphabetical, not scored.
How we chose
Each vendor describes escape room or activity work, or is a general tool an owner could use. Prices are as each vendor shows them on its own pages, read on 21 Oct 2026 between 04:37 and 04:40 UTC, with the billing term the page gives. Bookeo shows euros; the others show US dollars. Each link goes to the vendor's home page. We read pages and ran none of these tools except Wanna.

Wanna does not take a booking, hold your game calendar, collect a waiver, answer a call or chat, or reply to a review.
What this list does not replace
It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. It does not replace your game master, who gives hints and keeps players safe, your fire and exit checks, your insurance, or the waiver wording a lawyer has reviewed. We did not check any tool against the texting-consent, recording or waiver rules of your state. A person should read every reply an AI sends to a customer. See the limits of a self-running company.

What are the best AI tools for escape rooms? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the eight by task, and the table gives each price as the vendor shows it.
What booking software do escape rooms use? Bookeo and Resova both describe escape room or activity booking. Bookeo shows 29.95 euros a month for 1,000 bookings. Resova shows 40 a month billed yearly for up to 100 bookings. We ran neither.
Can AI answer the phone for an escape room? Goodcall lists an AI phone agent from 79 a month. We did not test it, so call it yourself before a customer does, and check what it says about group sizes and prices.
How much does escape room software cost? Bookeo's Tours and Activities Standard plan shows 29.95 euros a month, and Resova's Lite shows 40 a month billed yearly. Smartwaiver waivers start at 22 a month. The table has every figure and the date it was read.
Can AI reply to Google reviews for my escape room? NiceJob lists AI Replies on its Pro plan, 125 a month. Read the first replies before you let it run, especially on a review about a problem in a room.
Do I need a separate tool for digital waivers? Maybe not. Bookeo lists a waiver add-on from 7 euros a month, and Resova lists waivers on Premium. Smartwaiver does waivers alone, from 22 a month.
Can AI run an escape room? Not on this evidence. We found no page of these eight showing a game run, a group briefed and a player kept safe with nobody there.
Is Wanna escape room software? No. It helps an owner choose and draft the next marketing task, and posts and ads wait for your OK. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
