Wanna / AI tools for concrete contractors
8 AI tools for concrete contractors
Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 20 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices are US dollars and change; open each link before you decide.
Short answer. If you own a concrete or flatwork company with one to four crews, the paperwork splits five ways: pricing a pour from its square footage, scheduling crews around the pour date, answering the phone while you are on a slab, billing deposits and change orders, and asking for the review once the job is stripped and sealed. QuoteIQ and Werx are the two with pages written for concrete work: QuoteIQ for quotes and scheduling, Werx for the money side. Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceM8 are general field service software. Goodcall answers calls, NiceJob asks for reviews, and Wanna chooses what to post and offer this week and drafts it for your OK. The eight are alphabetical, not scored.
How we chose
Each vendor's own pages describe work a concrete company does, or are for a general tool one could use. Prices were read on each vendor's own pricing page on 20 Oct 2026 between 02:47 and 02:55 UTC, with the billing term the page gives. We read pages and ran none of these tools except Wanna.
The eight
| Tool | What it does | Price, read 20 Oct 2026 | Honest minus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Goodcall | An AI phone agent that answers your calls, billed by the number of different customers it serves, not by minutes | Starter 79 a month for 100 unique customers, then 79 cents each. Growth 129 for 500, then 26 cents. Scale 299 for 2,000, then 15 cents. A free demo agent; you pay when you connect a number | It answers calls; it holds no quotes, schedule or invoices. A busy bid season raises the bill |
| Housecall Pro | Field service software: scheduling and dispatch, estimates and invoices, an AI answering add-on called CSR AI | Basic 79 a month (59 billed annually), 1 user. Essentials 189 (149 annually), 5 users. Max 329 (299 annually), 8 users, 35 a month per extra user. 14-day trial, no card. CSR AI: no price on the page | General software, not written for concrete. Low intro offers (1 to 3 months) sit beside the list prices |
| Jobber | Field service software: quotes, scheduling, invoices and online payments. Add-ons: Receptionist 29 a month, Pipeline 49, Marketing Suite 99 | Core 49 a month, 1 user (29 billed annually). Connect 139 (99 annually). Grow 199 (149 annually). Larger user counts cost more; extra users 29 a month. A savings offer ends 30 Oct 2026. 14-day trial on Grow, no card | You build your own price per square foot. We read no concrete page. Add-ons raise the monthly bill |
| NiceJob | Review requests by text and email, review widgets, rebooking reminders | Starter 75 a month. Pro 125, adds Repeats (reminders timed from the last service date), referrals and AI-written review replies. Sites add-on 99 a month plus a 199 setup fee. No contracts, 14-day trial | Reviews and repeat-customer messages only: no quotes, schedule or invoices. Repeats starts at Pro |
| QuoteIQ | Estimates, invoices, scheduling and payments. Its concrete page lists MapMeasure Pro (traces a pour area on satellite imagery), an AI Estimator for flatwork line items, job costing, pre-pour inspection forms and QuickBooks Online sync | Essentials 29.99 a month, 1 user. Beginner 99.99, 2 users, adds MapMeasure Pro. Pro 199.99, 4 users, adds job costing and QuickBooks sync. Elite 299.99, 10 users, adds route optimization. Max 699.99, 20 users. Extra users 25. 14-day trial, card required | Its concrete page shows Beginner at 74.99 and Pro at 149.99, not the 99.99 and 199.99 on its pricing page. Confirm at checkout. Card processing fees and extra IQ Credits are separate |
| ServiceM8 | Job management for trades: scheduling, quotes, invoices, forms, with unlimited users on every paid plan | Free 0, 30 jobs a month, 1 user. Starter 29, 50 jobs. Growing 79, 150 jobs, adds proposals. Premium 149, 500 jobs, adds job costing. Premium Plus 349, 1500+ jobs. 14-day trial, no card | Priced by jobs a month, so a crew doing many small pours can reach the limit. Job costing starts at Premium. We read no concrete page |
| Werx | An office app with a concrete contractor page: itemized estimates with online approval, field tickets turned into change orders, progress billing, crew time by cost code, two-way QuickBooks Online sync, a free concrete calculator | Essential 49 a month, 10 active projects. Plus 89, 20 active projects. Unlimited 119. Extra users 6 a month, time-only users 4. 14-day trial, no card | The money side only. Its own FAQ says it does no crew scheduling or dispatch. Essential counts 10 active projects |
| Wanna | Reads your site, proposes the week's tasks, drafts posts, ads and letters; posts and ads wait for your OK | Free: 10 credits after setup, enough for one task. Starter 20 a month, 200 credits, about 20 tasks a month. Growth 49, 5,000 credits. Scale 149, up to 5 companies. Each extra social account is 13 a month; Starter includes 1 | Early: 4 companies, 0 paying (live). Not concrete software: no estimates, scheduling, billing or call answering, and no concrete case study |
By job
Pricing a pour from its area: QuoteIQ's MapMeasure Pro and AI Estimator are described on its concrete page; Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceM8 quote any trade, so you set your own price per square foot. Werx links a free concrete calculator for cubic yards. Change orders and progress billing: Werx. Job costing: QuoteIQ from Pro, ServiceM8 from Premium. Scheduling: QuoteIQ, Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceM8; Werx lists none. Missed calls: Goodcall, Jobber's Receptionist add-on, Housecall Pro's CSR AI add-on, or QuoteIQ's AI Virtual Call Team. Review requests: NiceJob, and Housecall Pro lists review management. Local posts and offers: Wanna works from your website and needs no job software; it drafts the next post or a slow-week offer for your OK. Related: construction companies and local service businesses.
What Wanna is and is not
Wanna drafts. Posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 02:48 UTC on 20 Oct 2026: 4 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR 0 dollars, 27 tasks done in 7 days, 0 things that went outside. We have no concrete results to show. Wanna does not measure a slab, write a quote, schedule a crew, bill a job or answer a call.
What this list does not replace
It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. A quote built from square footage does not replace a look at the subgrade, drainage and access before you commit to a number. No software replaces a structural engineer for footings and structural slabs, the permit and inspection your city asks for, your mix and thickness decisions with your supplier, your liability insurance and workers' compensation, or the contractor license your state requires. A drafted quote or reply still needs your review before the customer sees it. See the limits of a self-running company.
FAQ
What are the best AI tools for concrete contractors? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the eight by task, and the table gives each price as the vendor shows it.
What is the best software for a small concrete company? QuoteIQ and Werx are the two with pages written for concrete work. Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceM8 are general field service software many trades use. We ran none of them, so try one on a week of jobs you have already booked.
How much does concrete contractor software cost? Entry prices shown: ServiceM8 free, then 29 a month, QuoteIQ 29.99, Jobber 49, Werx 49, NiceJob 75, Housecall Pro 79, Goodcall 79. Wanna starts free, then 20. Add-ons, extra users and annual terms change the bill.
Can AI measure a driveway or patio for a concrete quote? QuoteIQ's concrete page describes MapMeasure Pro tracing a pour area on satellite imagery, from its Beginner plan. We did not test it, and a measure from the air still needs checking on site before you quote.
Can software handle change orders and progress billing for concrete jobs? Werx lists field tickets turned into change orders and progress billing on its concrete page. It does no crew scheduling.
Can AI answer my phone while I am on a pour? Goodcall is built for it, from 79 a month. Jobber, Housecall Pro and QuoteIQ list an AI that answers calls too. We ran none of them, so test one on your own call types, including a caller who wants a price over the phone.
Can AI send review requests to my concrete customers? NiceJob lists review requests by text and email from 75 a month. Wanna does not send review requests.
Can AI write posts and offers for my concrete business? Wanna drafts posts, ads and letters and waits for your OK before anything goes out. We did not test the others on this. Check any price, date or claim about a job before it is published.
Do I need quoting and scheduling software if I use Wanna? Yes. Wanna does not quote a job, schedule a crew or take payments.
Is Wanna software for concrete contractors? No. It helps an owner choose and draft the next marketing task. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
