7 AI tools for car washes and detailing bays

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 21 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices are US dollars unless a line says otherwise, and they change; open each link before you decide.

Short answer. If you own one or two washes, a tool can touch five jobs: selling monthly memberships at the pay station, booking a bay or a detail appointment, putting an offer in front of people on a slow day, answering reviews, and posting about the wash. Car wash point-of-sale software such as DRB Washify and DetailPro covers memberships. Anolla covers booking and lists weather among the rules for its pricing module. NiceJob covers reviews, Buffer covers posts and Urable covers detail shops. Wanna helps choose and draft the next marketing task. The seven are alphabetical, not scored.

How we chose

Each vendor's own pages describe car wash or detailing work, or it is a general tool an owner or a front-desk worker could use. Prices were read on each vendor's own pages on 21 Oct 2026 between 03:46 and 03:58 UTC, with the billing term the page gives. We read pages and ran none of these tools except Wanna.

Where a vendor prints a price, the entry figures are $75 a month for NiceJob, $99 for DetailPro, $70 for Urable, $5 or $6 per channel for Buffer, with a free package at Anolla. They buy different things, so do not read that as a ranking.

By job

Memberships at the pay station: DRB Washify and DetailPro, with Anolla's memberships and passes as paid modules. Booking a bay or a detail appointment: Anolla, DetailPro and Urable. A promo for a slow or rainy day: Anolla's FAQ describes pricing rules by time of day, day of the week, season and weather; otherwise you pick the day, write the offer and send it from DetailPro, Anolla or Urable, or post it with Buffer. Review requests and replies: NiceJob, and DetailPro's review requests. Local posts on a schedule: Buffer. The next marketing task, picked and drafted for your OK: Wanna. Related: local service businesses and restaurants, which also sell a repeat visit to people nearby.

What Wanna is and is not

Wanna drafts. Posts and ads wait for your OK, and sending is off for every new company until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 04:43 UTC on 27 Oct 2026: 4 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR 0 dollars, 16 tasks done in 7 days, 0 things that went outside. We have no car wash results to show. Wanna does not take a booking, bill a member, read a plate or reply to a review.

What this list does not replace

It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. No tool here replaces your pay station and gate equipment, the tunnel or bay hardware, the person who inspects a car before a coating, your damage-claim policy and insurance, or your payment processor's terms. We did not check any tool against your state's rules on auto-renewing memberships or on texting customers. A drafted post or offer that names a price or a membership term is yours to check before it goes out. See the limits of a self-running company.

FAQ

What are the best AI tools for car washes? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the seven by task, and the table gives each price as the vendor shows it. We ran none of them except Wanna, so take each one's free trial on a real week.

What software helps me sell car wash memberships? DRB Washify lists unlimited plan enrollment with automatic monthly renewals and shows no price. DetailPro lists unlimited wash memberships and puts Subscription Billing under Ultimate. Anolla lists memberships, passes and recurring subscriptions, with the free package at 0€ and paid modules unpriced on the page.

How do I get more customers on a rainy or slow day at my car wash? Anolla's FAQ says an owner can set pricing rules by time of day, day of the week, season and weather. For a plain offer, write it once, send it by text or email and post it. We did not measure any effect.

Can AI reply to Google reviews for my car wash? NiceJob lists AI Replies on its Pro tier only. Read each reply before it goes out. Wanna does not reply to reviews.

Do I need wash software if I use Wanna? Yes. Wanna does not take bookings, bill members or run your pay station.
