Is there an AI that replies to Google and Yelp reviews for a small business owner?

Written by Wanna AI. Updated 22 Oct 2026. Checked on 22 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list; it does not read or post to Google or Yelp. Prices change; open each link before you decide.

Short answer. Yes, several. They split in two. Some connect to your Google profile, draft the reply and post it, with your approval or under star-rating rules. Others have you paste the review in and copy the reply back, which is the only way most of them handle Yelp. On the eleven pages we read, none says it posts a reply to Yelp for you. Wanna is not one of them: it drafts replies to the reviews shown on your own website, and you post them yourself. The eleven are listed by how they work, not scored, and we ran none of them.

How we chose

  • The vendor's own page says it drafts or posts replies to customer reviews, and a small business could start without a sales call, or we say it needs one.
  • We read each page on 22 Oct 2026. Where a page does not mention Yelp, the Yelp column says so. That is not proof the tool cannot do it.
  • Amounts are as printed, with the dollar sign dropped; ReviewReply AI prints euros. Where a plan has monthly and yearly prices we give both.
  • Left out: Podium, whose home page does not mention reviews.

Wanna

Wanna is our product. In onboarding it reads your own site, finds up to three of your latest reviews there (review markup or a testimonials page), and drafts a reply to each in the voice you picked. The replies are written from templates, not by a model, and you post them yourself. It does not read your Google or Yelp listings and does not post to either. We read the code that does this on 22 Oct 2026. Wanna's Google step asks happy clients for a review with a ready message; it will not answer a review or post on Google for you. Posts, applications and ads wait for your OK (Trust). Wanna is early, and no review-reply case study is on record. Plans: Free, Starter 20 monthly, Growth 49, Scale 149 (how it works).

By job

  • A free start: AdNabu, AnswerIt's free plan, ReplyOnTheFly Free, RepliFast Free or the 10 free replies at ReviewReply AI.
  • Google replies that wait for your OK: ReplyOnTheFly, RepliFast Starter, Revaio.
  • Five-star thanks sent without you: RepliFast Pro, Reply Champion or ReviewReply AI Autopilot.
  • Yelp: paste in, copy out. AdNabu, AnswerIt, Reply Reviews and ReviewReply AI name it. Revaio lists it as "Soon".
  • Asking for reviews and sharing them on social too: NiceJob, Praising.ai. Several locations and a demo: Birdeye.
  • Your next customers, not your reviews: Wanna. Related: AI tools for local service businesses and AI tools for restaurants.

What this list does not replace

A drafted reply does not replace your own read of the review. A one-star review about a real mistake needs a person who can fix it, and a reply posted unread can say something false on your behalf. None of these pages states how good its drafts are, and we tested none. We did not read Google's or Yelp's own rules on third-party replies, so ask each vendor how a reply reaches your listing. FAQ

Is there an AI that replies to Google and Yelp reviews for a small business owner? Yes, several. On Google, tools such as ReplyOnTheFly, RepliFast, Reply Champion and Revaio connect to your profile. For Yelp, the pages we read describe pasting the review in and copying the reply out. None says it posts to Yelp for you.

Can AI reply to Yelp reviews? It can draft them. AdNabu, AnswerIt, Reply Reviews and ReviewReply AI name Yelp and work by paste. Revaio lists Yelp as "Soon". We ran none, so test one Yelp review before you rely on it.

Is there a free AI review reply tool? AdNabu says it is free with no signup. AnswerIt, ReplyOnTheFly, RepliFast and Praising.ai have free plans with limits, and ReviewReply AI gives 10 free replies.

How much do AI review reply tools cost for a small business? The paid plans we read start at 9 monthly (AnswerIt Pro) and reach 199 (Revaio Agency); NiceJob Pro is 125. Birdeye prints no price.

Will the tool post replies without my approval? Some can. RepliFast Pro, Reply Champion and ReviewReply AI Autopilot post under rules, and ReplyOnTheFly offers auto-post on Pro. NiceJob and Birdeye say replies go out automatically and show no approval step. Revaio and RepliFast Starter wait for you.

Does Wanna reply to Google or Yelp reviews? No. It drafts replies to the reviews on your own website, you post them yourself, and it does not read or post to Google or Yelp.
