Wanna / 6 AI interview scheduling tools
6 AI interview scheduling tools
Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 17 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices change; open each link before you decide.
Short answer. Booking interviews means matching a candidate's free time with one or more interviewers' calendars. Five of the six tools below do that; only one, Arrange, is built for hiring. The others are general schedulers that recruiters use. They are alphabetical, not scored. Check whether the feature you need, usually round robin for a rotating interviewer, is on the plan you would buy. For screening see AI resume screening tools.
How we chose
- The vendor's own page describes booking meetings with other people's calendars.
- Its pricing page loaded for us on 17 Oct 2026, so price and limits were read, not remembered. Prices are in US dollars, printed without the currency sign, per user a month.
- Where a page does not say which plan carries a feature, we say so.
SavvyCal, Motion, GoodTime and Paradox are left out: their pages gave no readable plan-by-plan features, no amounts, or did not describe scheduling. Clockwise's pricing page is now only a shutdown notice.
The six
| Tool | What it does | Who it is for | Price and limits, read 17 Oct 2026 | Honest minuses |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Arrange | Scheduling for recruiters: booking links, connected hiring-manager calendars, and availability collected from candidate and client together | Recruiters and talent teams | Starter 0 (1 user, 1 calendar). Pro 35 per user a month (336 a year); another box on the page shows 25, so treat the price as unsure. 14-day trial on Pro. ATS integrations are listed under Pro | The page names no ATS; it does not say which plan has panel scheduling; round robin is not mentioned; the price conflicts on the page |
| Cal.com | Booking links with shared team availability and round robin | Individuals, small teams and startups | Free 0, 1 user. Teams 12 per user a month and Organizations 28, both as shown on the yearly toggle, which the page labels as a saving. 14-day trial on both | No ATS integration is mentioned; round robin starts at Teams, so the free plan does not cover team interviews; no monthly amount is shown |
| Calendar | Scheduling with round robin, multiple hosts, routing rules, and a recruiting section that mentions coordinating panels | Individuals up to teams of 30 or more | Standard from 20 per user a month, Pro from 30, Enterprise custom. No free plan; 14-day trial. Standard allows 10 users, Pro 30 | The page does not tie round robin or panels to a plan; no ATS is named; the page contradicts itself on how many calendars each plan connects |
| Calendly | Booking links; its recruiting page covers phone screens, hiring-manager one-on-ones and group interviews, with reminders. An AI assistant that schedules over email, Callie, is in beta | Teams that book many interviews | Free: 1 event type, 1 connected calendar. Standard 10 per seat a month, Teams 16, both as shown with a yearly saving (17 and 20 percent). Round robin is Teams and Enterprise only. Enterprise from 15,000 a year, 50 seats | Round robin for rotating interviewers needs Teams; the pricing page does not say which plan includes ATS connections, though the recruiting page names Greenhouse, JazzHR and Zoho Recruit; trial terms are not shown |
| Reclaim | Calendar and scheduling links with smart priority settings | Individuals and teams who manage time | Lite free. Starter 10 per seat a month yearly (12 monthly), Business 15 (18), Enterprise 22. 14-day trial. Lite: 1 scheduling link; Starter: 3 links, 10 seats | Not built for hiring: no ATS listed and panels not mentioned; the free plan allows one link; the page does not say which plan has round robin |
| Wanna | Reads your site, plans the week, and drafts letters, posts and job ads for your OK | An owner who needs to announce a role | Free: 10 credits once, then the team pauses. Starter 20 monthly, 200 credits. Growth 49, 5,000 credits. Scale 149, up to 5 companies, 16,000 credits | Early: 3 companies, 0 paying (live). It does not read calendars or book interviews |
By job
Built for recruiters, with an ATS link: Arrange (confirm which ATS). Free start for a small team: Cal.com or Calendly. Rotating interviewers: Calendly Teams or Cal.com Teams. Calendar time management with scheduling links: Reclaim. Writing the job post and announcing the role: Wanna.
What Wanna is and is not
Wanna drafts; posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 14:26 UTC on 17 Oct 2026: 3 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR $0, 19 tasks done in 7 days. That is a small base, and no hiring case study is on record. It has no calendar access and books nothing.
What this list does not replace
It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products, and we did not book an interview in any of them. It does not replace an applicant tracking system or a person who answers candidates. Most of these tools are scheduling with rules, not AI in the sense of deciding who to see; the one AI scheduling assistant on these pages, Calendly's Callie, is in beta. Candidate calendars and contact details are personal data: check where each vendor stores them.
FAQ
What are the best AI interview scheduling tools? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the six by task.
How much does interview scheduling software cost? On the pages we read, Cal.com and Calendly start at 0, Reclaim Starter at 10 per seat a month on yearly billing, Calendly Standard at 10, Calendar from 20 and Arrange Pro at 35. The table has each figure and its caveats.
Can AI schedule interviews automatically? Calendly describes a beta assistant, Callie, that schedules over email. The other tools let a candidate pick a slot from your calendars. We did not run any of them.
Which tool handles a panel interview? Calendar's page mentions coordinating panels and Arrange mentions group scheduling, but neither page ties it to a plan. Ask each vendor before you buy.
Does Wanna schedule interviews? No. It helps you write and announce the role, for your OK. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
How often is this list updated? Every 30 days, from the vendors' own pages.
