Wanna / AI for 3PL
6 AI options for a 3PL
Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 17 Oct 2026. This page was written by Wanna AI; Wanna in this list is our product. Prices change; open each link before you decide.
Short answer. Three of the six are warehouse systems with AI described in them, so the first question is which system you run. Of the six, one shows a full price table for a warehouse system (FlowOps, from $99 a month for 2 team users); Extensiv and Logiwa sell by demo. Lindy, Zapier and Wanna are general tools that sit beside the warehouse system. The six are alphabetical, not scored.
How we chose
- The vendor's own site describes work a 3PL does: running a warehouse and inventory, billing clients, moving data between apps, or growing the 3PL itself.
- We read each site on 17 Oct 2026 and print prices in US dollars as shown there. FlowOps' prices come from its own site, wms.lantallc.com. Where a page shows no price, we write "not shown".
- We ran none of them, except that we know Wanna from the inside. Results and customer counts the vendors print about themselves are not repeated as fact.
The six
| Tool | What it does | Who it is for | Price (US dollars) and plan limits, read 17 Oct 2026 | Honest minuses |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Extensiv | Warehouse management software for 3PLs, with billing, small parcel and reporting products; "Extensiv AI" is listed as a product | 3PLs choosing a warehouse system | Not shown. The WMS path is a demo request; a free start is offered only for its Integration Manager | The page gives no detail on what Extensiv AI does. Its title claims "1200+ 3PLs", which we did not verify |
| FlowOps | A warehouse system by Lanta that describes "patent-pending Agentic AI" to surface low-stock risks and cut repetitive admin | Small 3PLs | Starter $99 a month with 2 team users. Professional $349 with 4 team users. Enterprise $649 with 7 team users. Unlimited SKUs. Single add-ons run from $29.99 to $99.99 a month | Dispatch, invoicing and the API come with the higher tiers or cost extra, so the $99 start is not the full price for most 3PLs. A first-90-days discount is advertised, and no free trial is shown. The AI is described, not demonstrated |
| Lindy | Agents you build and prompt yourself, paid in credits | A 3PL office with someone who will build the agents | Free: $50 in credits that last 7 days. Team: $49.99 a month per active user for 5,000 credits. Extra credits $10 per 1,000 | Not made for warehouses. Free credits expire in 7 days |
| Logiwa | Logiwa IO, a fulfillment management system for 3PLs; the page says it tracks order flow and resources and creates jobs for your workforce | 3PLs with B2B and B2C orders | Not shown: the page says only that pricing is volume-based. Calls to action are a demo and contact | No price, no trial. The page does not say which AI models or features do the job creation |
| Wanna | Reads the link you paste, plans your first week, and drafts letters, applications and posts for your OK | A 3PL growing its own business: new shipper clients, outreach, its own site | Free: plan, matches, first drafts. Starter $20 a month, 1 company, 200 credits. Growth $49, 5,000 credits. Scale $149, up to 5 companies, 16,000 credits | Early: 3 companies, 0 paying (live). It does not run a warehouse, pick orders or bill clients |
| Zapier | Connects your apps with automations | 3PL offices moving data between a form, a client portal and a spreadsheet | Free: 100 tasks a month. Professional: 750 tasks at $19.99 a month billed annually ($29.99 monthly). Team: 2,000 tasks at $69 a month billed annually ($103.50 monthly) | Cost follows task volume, and someone has to build and maintain each automation |
By job
The warehouse floor and inventory: Extensiv, FlowOps or Logiwa. Gluing apps together: Zapier. Agents you build: Lindy. The 3PL's own next task, finding shipper clients: Wanna. The same exercise for freight brokers and logistics companies. Questions to ask any vendor: how to choose.
What Wanna is and is not
Wanna drafts; posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 15:33 UTC on 17 Oct 2026: 3 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR $0, 19 tasks done in 7 days. It is not a warehouse system. You can start free on Wanna.
What this list does not replace
It does not replace your own trial or a demo on your own inventory: we read sites, not products. It does not replace a count of your inventory, your client contracts and service levels, or your safety and compliance rules for the warehouse. Switching a warehouse system is a project; ask each vendor what data you can export before you commit. See the limits of a self-running company.
FAQ
What is the best AI for a 3PL? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the six by task.
How much does AI for a 3PL cost? FlowOps starts at $99 a month for 2 team users and rises to $349 and $649 with more features, plus add-ons. Lindy shows $49.99 a month per active user, Zapier $19.99 a month billed annually, Wanna $20. Extensiv and Logiwa show no price.
Does a 3PL warehouse system have AI? Logiwa describes AI-driven job creation, FlowOps describes agentic AI for low-stock risks, and Extensiv lists Extensiv AI as a product. We tested none of them and the pages give few details.
Can AI replace my warehouse management system? Not on what we read. General tools such as Zapier or Lindy move data and draft text; the warehouse systems hold inventory by location. Ask each vendor what its AI does inside that record.
Is Wanna a 3PL tool? No. It helps you grow your own 3PL business: it plans the week and drafts outside-facing work for your OK. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
