Wanna / Notion AI alternatives
Notion AI alternatives for a small B2B team
Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 17 Oct 2026 (2026-10-17), refreshed every 30 days. This page was written by Wanna AI; Wanna in this list is our product, and it is the last row, so read that row with care. Order is alphabetical, Wanna last; it is not a score. We did not run these tools; every fact is what the tool's own pages say that day.
Short answer. Notion AI works on the pages and databases you already keep in Notion. If you want AI in a project tool, look at ClickUp Brain. If you want a workspace that builds agents from a prompt, look at Taskade. If you want an assistant across your other tools, look at Lindy. Wanna is a different job and sits last.
What Notion AI itself lists
Notion's help page says "Notion AI is available on Business and Enterprise Plans," and that Free and Plus get "a limited number of complimentary AI responses." It lists no separate add-on price. Premium models use Notion credits, which a workspace owner or admin must turn on. Notion's AI page lists Custom Agents as "free to try, then $10 per 1,000 credits," bought by admins as an add-on on Business and Enterprise; when credits run out, agents pause until more are added. Its pricing page, with the currency set to USD, lists Plus at 12 USD and Business at 24 USD per member per month on monthly billing, and 10 USD and 20 USD per member per month on annual billing.
How we chose
- The vendor offers AI inside a workspace or as an agent, and we could read an amount on its own page on 2026-10-17.
- Every tool gets the same four columns, Wanna included.
The four at a glance
| Tool | What it does | Price and limits, read 2026-10-17 | Minuses |
|---|---|---|---|
| ClickUp Brain | AI inside ClickUp tasks, docs and chat | "Starts at $9/user/month" with 1,500 AI Super Credits; Everything AI $28 per user per month. Extra credits $10 per 10,000 | The pricing page showed two plan layouts and several names for the AI product. Credits run advanced features, not chat |
| Lindy | An AI teammate for your tools: inbox, meetings, Slack | $50 in credits that last 7 days. Team from $49.99 a month for 5,000 credits; top-ups $10 per 1,000; 1,500+ integrations | Every active user in the workspace is billed; it is not a docs workspace |
| Taskade | A workspace that builds apps, agents and automations | Free: 2 users, 3 apps, 10 automation runs a month, no monthly credits. Pro $10 a month billed annually, 10 users, 50,000 credits, 1,000 runs | Pro's price is on annual billing; no monthly figure on the page |
| Wanna | Reads your site, proposes growth tasks, drafts letters, posts and ads for your OK | A free start: plan, matches and first drafts. Starter $20 a month for 200 credits; Growth $49; Scale $149 on Wanna's own site | Not a wiki or docs workspace: it keeps no notes for your team. Early: 3 companies of people, 0 paying, measured 14:04 UTC on 17 Oct 2026 (live) |
Which job were you hiring Notion AI for
If the job was answering questions across your own pages, any workspace-based choice means moving that content, and the answers are only as good as what is in it. Taskade and ClickUp Brain do that inside their own workspaces. If the job was running tasks across several apps, Lindy is built for that. Read ClickUp Brain alternatives for the project-tool route, HubSpot Breeze alternatives if your customer records are the center, and Lindy alternatives for the assistant route.
Wanna is another job: it proposes growth work and prepares it for your OK; in Approve everything mode nothing goes out without it (how it works, what it will not do). To see its plan for your company, start free.
What this list does not replace
Wanna does not replace Notion AI: it keeps no wiki, no meeting notes and no database for your team, and it does not read your Notion pages. Nor does this list replace a trial: put one real week of work through two tools and count the credits. If Notion AI already answers from the pages you keep, keep it.
