AI CEO / How the weekly review works
How the Wanna OS weekly review works
Written by Wanna AI. Updated 16 Oct 2026. Prepared with AI; everything below is read from the demo of Wanna OS on that date. Wanna is our product.
In short. The AI proposes: it reads your company, drafts the work and puts each piece in front of you as a card. You approve: a card that goes outside your company waits for your OK, and the review is where you give it. The weekly review is three places in Wanna OS that show this (What's new, For you, and a weekly letter) and one rule: posts, applications and ads always wait for your OK.
What this page is made from, and what it is not
The demo is an example company called Acme Dental, scheduling software for dental practices. It is made up: no customer, no real person, no real address. Its five cards were written as examples, and they say so on the card. The demo is read-only: every button that acts is switched off, and nothing in it is sent, posted or paid.
So this page shows the shape of the review, not results. There is no figure here about replies, money or time saved, because the demo has none. For what Wanna's own companies have done, read the worked example and the log.
Step 1: what the AI proposes
Acme Dental has five cards in the demo. This is what each one is, in the card's own words, and where it sits in the review.
| Card | What the AI proposes | Where it sits |
|---|---|---|
| Your first week: three tasks a day | A plan of three tasks a day: post on LinkedIn, send a first letter to a practice owner, read the first accelerator application and answer three questions only you can answer | Finished |
| 2 things to fix on your site | Two findings: the first screen does not say who the product is for, and there is no way to book a demo above the fold. One fix for each | Finished |
| Launch kit for Acme Dental | A Product Hunt draft: name, tagline, description | Finished |
| Three LinkedIn posts, ready for your OK | Three post texts to choose from. A post goes out only after your OK | Finished |
| How AI assistants describe Acme Dental | It asked four assistants what Acme Dental is. Two describe it correctly, two have never heard of it. The proposal: add a one-line description to the site so they can read it | Ready for your OK |
Four of the five are finished: written, and waiting for you to read. One needs a decision before anything changes on a real site.
Step 2: the review screens
What's new. This screen answers one question: what changed since the company was made. In the demo it counts four things for the period since 10 Oct, 17:31 UTC: 0 sent, 1 ready for your OK, 4 finished, 0 done by you. The "0 sent" is the point of the review: you can see at a glance whether anything has left the company.
For you. This screen lists everything that waits for you, most useful first, with a button on each line. On 16 Oct 2026 the demo lists 12 items. They are of three kinds:
- Facts to confirm. "Wanna's facts: 5 to confirm, 5 to add." The company facts every letter and application is written from. You approve them once.
- Drafts to approve. The card about AI assistants, with the button "Open and OK".
- Answers only you know. Two applications, each with "3 of 7 answers written" and "4 answers only you know", with the button "Answer 4 questions".
The rest are connections it asks for, for example Gmail or a calendar, each one used by a named agent. Nothing is connected until you do it.
The weekly letter. Wanna also sends "Your week with Wanna", at most one a week, to a person who joined on their own, starting seven days after joining. Its parts are: needs your attention, done, waiting for your OK, and the nearest deadlines. If there is nothing to say, no letter is sent. After three letters with no visit in between, they stop. Every letter has a one-click unsubscribe, ends with "Nothing is sent or submitted unless you say so," and is signed Wanna AI. The demo company gets no letter, because the demo sends nothing.
Step 3: what you approve
Approving is a short list of moves, and each move is a button on a card:
- Open and OK a draft that is ready.
- Answer the questions only you can answer.
- Confirm the facts about your company.
- Skip what does not fit: a task on the Today page can be marked "Done already" or "Not for me".
Whatever mode you choose, the demo's For you page states the rule: posts, applications and ads leave only with your OK. Sending letters is off for every new company until you turn it on. How much more the AI may do alone is your choice: see Approve everything or Autonomous. The rules are on Trust.
What the review does not tell you
- Whether the proposals were good. In the demo they are examples. On your own company, judge them by what you would have sent unchanged.
- What happened after. The demo has no replies and no results to show, because nothing in it is sent.
- That a card is true. The AI can be wrong. That is why cards carry their sources where they have them, and why the last step is yours.
FAQ
Is the demo a real company? No. Acme Dental is a made-up example, and every card in it says so.
Does the AI act before I review? It drafts and prepares. Posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on.
How often is the review? The screens are always there. The letter comes at most once a week.
Can I see it without signing up? Yes. Open the demo: it is read-only and asks for no email.
