Wanna / Posting, classes not full

I post for my fitness studio all the time and my classes are still not full. What should I check?

Posting more does not fill a class by itself. Find the one class that is emptiest, post only about that class, and give people one clear way to book it. Then count the sign-ups you can name after two weeks. This is common practice, not measured by us in a studio. Wanna drafts posts for your OK.

What we found, and how thin it is

In October 2026 we read 16 quotes from the fitness world on open pages. Three describe this feeling: posting to social media constantly, marketing all the time, and still not seeing it work. All three come from one podcast host in a March 2025 episode, who says studio owners tell her this. One of the three is the host speaking as an imagined owner. None is an owner's own post.

A yoga business owner wrote in a newsletter post dated 12 Mar 2025 that they were exhausted from trying to please the algorithms and would cut most social media. That is the same fatigue from an owner, one person.

We found no owner writing "my classes are empty" in their own words. "Classes not full" is our name for the worry behind the posting, not a quote. We cannot tell you how many studios feel this.

Step 1: find which classes are empty

Posting about "the studio" does not help one empty class. Make a sheet with one row per class on your timetable.

  1. Write the day, the time and how many spots the class has.
  2. Write how many people booked each of the last four weeks.
  3. Mark the classes that are empty most weeks and the ones that are full.

If one or two slots are empty and the rest are full, you have a timetable question, not a posting question.

Step 2: post about one empty class at a time

Pick the emptiest class. Write one post that says who the class is for, when it runs, what a first-timer should expect and how to book in one step, such as a link or a reply. Put the day and time in the first line.

A post that names a class and a time gives a reader something to do. We have not tested which kind of post fills more spots.

Step 3: ask where people came from

For the next month, ask each new person how they found you and write it down next to their name. Count only the people you can name. If none of them say a post, change what you post before you change how often.

Step 4: set a limit on the time

Choose a fixed number of hours a week for marketing and stop when they are used. If a month of posting brings no sign-up you can name, ask what else those hours could do, such as asking current members to bring a friend.

Where Wanna fits

You paste your website link. Wanna reads the pages anyone can open and asks whether it understood your studio. You pick one goal, such as filling quiet classes. It drafts, for example, a message asking for reviews, plus posts. You approve each piece, and nothing is posted without you. The start page says Free, no card.

We recorded this on one real studio's website in October 2026. That studio is not a customer, and we have no result to show you. Wanna is early, and this page does not promise fuller classes.

What Wanna does not replace

  • It does not see your timetable, your bookings or who came. The sheet in Step 1 is yours.
  • It does not connect to your booking software.
  • It does not message, call or text people who asked about a class. A person sends that.
  • It does not know why someone chose not to book. Asking them does.

FAQ

I post for my fitness studio all the time and my classes are still not full. What should I check? Make a sheet of every class and how many booked in each of the last four weeks. Post about the emptiest class with its day, time and one way to book, and ask each new person how they found you.

Why is my social media not filling my fitness classes? We cannot say why for your studio. The sheet in Step 1 shows which classes are empty, and the question in Step 3 shows whether any post brought someone in.

Can AI fill my fitness classes? Wanna cannot. It does not see your timetable or take bookings. It drafts posts and messages for your OK, and you decide what goes out.

Is Wanna free for a fitness studio? The first look is free with no card, and nothing is posted without your OK.
