Wanna / AI tool for Google Business Profile posts

What is the best AI tool to write Google Business Profile posts for a small business?

For one location, a general AI chatbot is enough to write the text, and a profile tool such as Localo, which lists $39 to $49 a month for one profile, adds scheduling and publishing. Wanna is not one of those: it drafts posts from your site for your OK, but it does not publish to Google Business Profile, so you paste the text in yourself.

Three choices, by what you need

We read each vendor's own page on 22 Oct 2026 and did not run the tools, so the table says what a vendor writes. These are tools we looked at, not a ranking.

ChoiceWhat the page says it doesPrice listed on the page, read 22 Oct 2026
A general AI chatbotWrites the text when you give it your business, your town and the offer. You paste it into your profileDepends on the chatbot you already use
Merchynt ProfileProWrites a Google Business post with one click. The page says it is a hands-on browser extension, not an unattended profile manager: you decide what to publish and whenFree plan with 2 Google Business posts a month; Premium listed at $9, with unlimited posts
Localo (Single Business, one profile)Autogenerates and publishes posts for one connected profile$49 a month on monthly billing; $39 a month billed annually, plus VAT
LocalithBulk publishing and scheduling of offers, events and updates across many locations"From $9/mo for 2 locations"; $6.60 per location a month for 3 or more; AI credits $0.15 each. The page we read does not say it writes the text with AI

With one location, start with the first row. Pay for a profile tool when the chore you want to drop is the posting, not the writing. The last row is for teams with more than one location, and its base plan covers up to 2.

What a good post needs

Google's help page for posts names three kinds: updates, offers and events. An offer needs a title, dates and a time; an event needs a title, dates and times. The same page says posts older than 6 months are archived unless you set a date range.

Our own checklist, not a measured rule: name your town and the service, give one offer or one fact per post, and end with one action such as a call or a booking link. One roundup, from LocalPanda, advises fresh posts every week. We did not measure whether posting more often changes anything, and this page does not claim it.

Before you paste a draft, check every price, hour and promise in it. An AI draft can state something about your shop that is not true.

What Wanna does and does not do here

QuestionWanna
Drafts posts from your site for your OKYes. You paste your link, Wanna reads your site and proposes tasks, and each draft waits for you
Publishes to Google Business ProfileNo. Wanna does not publish to Google Business Profile
Replies to Google reviewsNo. Wanna does not answer reviews on Google. It can draft replies to reviews it finds on your own site, for your OK
Posts anything without your OKNo. Posts, applications and ads always wait for your OK

We have not tested Wanna on a Google-style post, so treat any draft as a starting point. It is an early product, and we have no result figure to quote.

Wanna's plans, read from its own plans page on 27 Oct 2026: the Free plan gives 100 credits after setup, enough for about 10 tasks at 10 credits a task, then daily task credits once you confirm your email; work pauses when the credits run out. Starter is $20 a month for 200 credits, about 20 tasks, and includes one social account.

What this does not replace

No tool replaces your own look at a post before it carries your name. A post tool does not replace answering your customers' reviews yourself, or keeping the hours, address and phone number in your profile correct.
