Why the two numbers do not compare one to one

A freelancer bills an hour of a person or a scope of work. Wanna bills a task: 1 task is 10 credits, such as a prepared letter or a drafted post. Dividing each plan by its stated tasks gives one dollar a task on Starter and about ten cents on Growth. An hour of a person and a task are different units, and we do not convert one into the other.
