AI for real estate agencies: what an AI team did with one real agency's site

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 20 Oct 2026. On 20 Oct 2026 we pasted the site of a real estate agency in Dubai into Wanna as a test. It is not a Wanna customer, so we name it by kind and city only. Below is what the run wrote.

Short answer. For a real estate agency, an AI team is most useful on the work around the listings: knowing which buyers you want more of, a first screen that gives each of them one clear path, pages that answer the questions buyers ask before they call, and getting named in the guides people and AI assistants read. It does not show homes, price them or sign anything.

What Wanna read on the site

17 facts, each with the page it came from: buying, renting and selling in Dubai, a private office for high-value clients, an in-house mortgage team, a WhatsApp channel with market updates, a hiring pitch, and press pieces about the agency. The goal picked in onboarding was "More new buyers", in an elegant voice.

The two buyer groups

GroupWhat they want, and where that came from
Overseas investors buying Dubai propertyAn award-winning Dubai agency you can trust from abroad (site). Clear returns, rental yields and honest market data (what such buyers usually ask). One agency to buy, then rent out or sell later (site).
Families buying a home to live inSafe areas, good schools and room to grow (usually asked). Straight advice on mortgages and total costs (usually asked). Help finding the right home, start to finish (site).

Three fixes on the first screen

What it foundThe fix it proposed
About ten doors at the same weight: buy, rent, private office, mortgage, off plan, commercial, services, a data hub, a relocation hub and careersOne search box with Buy and Rent tabs and one button; the rest under "More" or lower on the page
Buyers, renters, wealthy clients, mortgage seekers, owners and job seekers addressed at onceThe first screen for property seekers only; careers as a small link
A headline with no concrete promiseOne specific line, such as buying or renting in Dubai with an award-winning local agency, and one proof point under it

Pages that would get it named

Wanna asked the questions buyers put to an AI assistant with web search and wrote three actions: get into the independent roundups of agencies in the city, with proof such as record sales; publish pages that answer buyer questions without leading with the agency's name, such as how to buy high-end property in Dubai and what a private office does; and keep sending news of record sales so that press pieces name the agency's private office in the text.

The run ended at the last onboarding screen, so it has no week plan yet. The first cards it offered were a week plan, a video ad, the market nearby and a review request.

What stays with the agency

Wanna does not contact buyers, price homes or answer leads on its own. Letters, posts and ads wait for the agency's OK, and letters go only from a separate sending domain the agency connects.

FAQ

How can a real estate agency use AI? For the work around the listings: choosing the buyer groups to grow, a clearer first screen, pages that answer buyers' questions, and getting named in the guides people read. You approve what goes out.

Can AI find new buyers for my agency? It can do the work that brings them: pages for the questions buyers ask, posts and letters for the groups you pick. In this run the goal was more new buyers, and the first work was two buyer groups and a clearer first screen.

Will an AI agent answer my leads? Not Wanna. It drafts; replies to people wait for your OK.

Does it work for agencies outside the US? This run was on an agency in Dubai, in English. Wanna reads any site it can open.
