How to make Claude run your business without asking you what to do next

Wanna / AI CEO on top of Claude

Claude cannot run your business alone, because it answers when asked and stops when the task is done, so you stay the one who decides what comes next. To change that you put a manager on top of it: a layer that keeps the plan, picks the next task, hands it to Claude, and brings you only the decisions that need your yes. Wanna is that layer; this page says what it does and what it does not.

What Claude does alone

Claude is strong at the task in front of it: drafting a reply, summarizing a document, analyzing a spreadsheet, writing code. Each of those starts when you ask and ends when it answers.

What it does not hold between conversations, unless you build that yourself, is a standing view of the business: which goals matter this month, what was done last week, what is waiting on a customer. So the real work of "what next" stays with you. That is the part people mean when they say Claude keeps asking them what to do.

What changes with a manager on top

A manager layer adds four things Claude alone does not have:

  1. A plan. Goals for the business, written down and kept, so the next task comes from them and not from your memory.
  2. An order of work. Wanna proposes a weekly plan, with the reason for each item, instead of waiting for a prompt.
  3. A memory of the business. It reads your website and what you tell it on /hello, and uses that every time.
  4. A line for approvals. Posts, applications and ads always wait for your OK. Letters to customers wait for it too, unless you pick Autonomous and turn sending on; sending is off for every new company. The two modes are side by side in Approve everything or Autonomous.

The work itself can run on Claude. Wanna lets you connect your own Claude account: while your machine is online, tasks run on it and use none of Wanna's credits. Wanna does not ask for your Claude login.

Honest limits

  • It is early. Wanna has no result we can print for "Claude plus Wanna", and we have not measured how much of your day it takes back. If a page tells you a number for that without a source, ask for the source.
  • It does not remove you. You still say yes or no. The aim is that you answer short questions instead of writing every instruction.
  • It does not ship your code. If your next task is a code change, use Claude Code directly.
  • It can be wrong. Drafts are built from your site and your answers. A wrong fact on your site becomes a wrong fact in a draft, which is why approvals exist.
  • Own-Claude mode needs your machine online. When it is off, tasks do not run on your account.

What this does not replace

A manager on top of Claude does not replace your judgment on money, prices, hiring and legal matters, a lawyer or accountant when a draft touches contracts, taxes or health claims, or a person who knows your customers. It also does not replace Claude: it gives Claude the plan to work from.

To see what the plan would be for your business, start on /hello: paste your site, or say in one line what you do. No sign-up for that first step.

FAQ

How do I make Claude run my business without asking me what to do next? Give it a manager layer that keeps the plan and picks the next task. Claude alone answers when asked and stops. Wanna sits on top, proposes the week's work, and asks you only for approvals.

Is there an AI that manages Claude for my business? Wanna is one. It is an AI CEO that plans the work and can run tasks on your own Claude account. It is early, and we have no customer result to quote.

Can Claude be my AI CEO? Not by itself. Claude is a capable worker, but it has no standing plan and no order of work unless you supply them each time.

Do I have to give Wanna my Claude password? No. Wanna does not ask for your Claude or ChatGPT login.

Will it send emails or posts without asking me? Posts, applications and ads, no: they always wait for your OK. Letters wait for your OK too, unless you pick Autonomous and turn sending on, and sending is off for every new company. The two modes are on Approve everything or Autonomous.

Does it replace Claude Code? No. Wanna does not ship your code.
