8 AI tools for roofing companies

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 18 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices change; open each link before you decide.

Short answer. A small roofing contractor, owner-run with one to three crews, tends to lose work in four places: the web lead nobody answered the same day, the estimate that went quiet, the finished job that never became a review, and the Google profile nobody posts to. Two of the eight tools below show no price on the page we read, and the table says so. The eight are alphabetical, not scored. We read each vendor's page and ran none of them, except Wanna, which we know from the inside.

How we chose

The vendor's own page describes one of the four jobs for a contractor, or is a general tool a roofer could use. A price or limit we could not read on 18 Oct 2026 is marked as not shown. Prices are US dollars, as read that day, from each vendor's own pricing page; each link goes to the vendor's home page. Roofr is the one row built for roofing alone; AccuLynx is roofing software; Housecall Pro and Jobber serve many trades. Our wider list for local service businesses covers other trades.

By job

Lead replies: Podium's lead replies, Goodcall or Roofr's AI Receptionist for calls, AccuLynx for lead tracking. Quotes: Roofr for measured proposals, AccuLynx for estimates, Housecall Pro or Jobber for simpler quotes. Review requests: Podium, Housecall Pro's review tools, or Birdeye if you accept a quote call. Local posts: Wanna drafts them, and you approve each one. See also the list for construction companies.

What Wanna is and is not

Wanna drafts; posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 22:52 UTC on 29 Oct 2026: 5 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR $0, 27 tasks done in 7 days. That is a small base. It is not job software and does not measure roofs, price a job or schedule a crew.

What this list does not replace

It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. An AI tool does not replace a licensed roofer on the roof, your contractor license and insurance, a written contract, or the person who calls an unhappy homeowner back. A drafted estimate or reply still needs your review before the customer sees it. Call-recording and texting consent rules in your state apply to every tool here; we did not review any tool against them, so ask each vendor for its terms.

FAQ

What are the best AI tools for roofing companies? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the eight by task.

How much do AI tools for roofing companies cost? Two of the eight show no price. Housecall Pro and Jobber have free trials, Roofr has a 0 plan, Wanna has a free tier and Goodcall starts at 79 a month. The table has each figure.

Can AI answer my roofing company's phone? Goodcall, Roofr and Jobber list an AI that answers calls, and Housecall Pro lists CSR AI; Podium sells an AI Employee. We ran none of them. Test one on your own call types, including a storm-damage call, before you rely on it.

Can AI write roofing estimates? Roofr's Instant Estimator and AccuLynx's estimating use measurement data, and Roofr's receptionist can quote over the phone through the estimator. We found no page that shows an AI pricing a roof with nobody reviewing it.

Can AI get me more Google reviews? Podium and Housecall Pro list review collection. We did not test them, and no page shows a result for a company like yours.

Is Wanna a tool for roofers? Not specifically. It helps an owner find new customers by planning the week and drafting posts, ads and letters. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.

How often is this list updated? Every 30 days, from the vendors' own pages.
