Wanna / 8 AI tools for med spas
8 AI tools for med spas
Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 26 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices change; open each link before you decide.
Short answer. A med spa has four marketing jobs that software can touch: bookings and reminders, replies to reviews, offers by text, and before/after posts. Two of the eight tools below, Podium and Zenoti, show no price on the pages we read, so the table says so. The eight are alphabetical, not scored. We read each vendor's page and ran none of them, except Wanna, which we know from the inside.
How we chose
The vendor's own page describes work a med spa does, or a general tool its owner or front desk could use. A price or limit we could not read on 26 Oct 2026 is marked as not shown. Prices are in US dollars, as read that day; each link goes to the vendor's home page.
The eight
| Tool | What it does | Who it is for | Price and limits, read 26 Oct 2026 | Honest minuses |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Adobe Express | A design tool for social posts, with scheduling and generative AI credits | An owner who makes the before/after and offer graphics themselves | Free: 0, one scheduling account per social network. Premium 9.99 monthly in US dollars (its page shows euro prices by region), no annual commitment, three accounts per network and 250 generative credits per user each month | It is a general design tool, not built for treatments; generative edits do not belong on a before/after photo of a real client |
| Buffer | Schedules posts across social channels, with an AI assistant | A spa posting results and offers on a few channels | Free: 3 channels, 10 scheduled posts per channel. Essentials 5 per channel monthly when billed yearly (60 a year). Team 10 (120 a year). 14-day trial on paid plans | Priced per channel, so each added channel adds to the bill; it does not make the photos or write in your clinical voice |
| Mangomint | Booking and scheduling software for salons and spas, with a med spa page (HIPAA-compliant booking, EMR and charting forms) | A spa that wants booking, forms and charting, texting and campaigns in one system | 120 monthly for each location plus 10 monthly for each user. Phone: 70 monthly a line. Marketing from 30 monthly (3,500 credits). Online booking, confirmations and reminders are included per its FAQ. Annual billing not shown | Its pricing page promotes Mira, an AI receptionist, with no price shown there, and we did not run it; campaign sends depend on the marketing credit tier |
| NiceJob | Asks customers for reviews by text and email, shares the good ones to social | A spa that wants more reviews and faster replies | Starter 75 a month: review requests, auto-post to social. Pro 125 a month: adds AI Replies, referrals and email broadcasts. Free to start | AI-written review replies are on Pro only; a reply must never confirm that a reviewer was a patient, so read each before it posts |
| Podium | Messaging, review requests and lead conversion, with an AI Employee add-on that answers customers and schedules | A spa that gets leads by text and web chat | Not shown: the page sends you to sales. The AI Employee is an add-on to any plan | No price to compare; its Reviews page describes an AI Reputation Specialist that writes review invites and replies, and we did not run it, so we cannot say how its replies read |
| SimpleTexting | Mass texts, auto-replies, drip campaigns and opt-in forms | A spa sending an offer to people who agreed to hear from it | Estimated 39 a month for 500 credits (29 for credits plus 10 for a local number, with a 4 activation fee); the 500-credit plan shows 398.40 billed yearly. Extra credits 5.5 cents each. Free try without a card | The page does not describe appointment reminders; consent for marketing texts and what you may say about treatments is yours to check |
| Wanna | Reads your site, proposes the week's tasks, drafts letters, posts and ads. Posts and ads always wait for your OK; letters go out only after you turn sending on (Trust) | A spa owner looking for new clients through marketing | Free: 100 credits after onboarding, about 10 tasks of your whole team; confirm your email for daily task credits while you use Wanna on the free plan, and unused daily credits expire. Starter 20 monthly, 200 credits (about 20 tasks). Growth 49, 5,000 credits. Scale 149, up to 5 companies, 16,000 credits. Social accounts it posts to through its publishing service are an add-on at 13 monthly each; Starter includes 1 | Early: 4 companies, 0 paying (live). It is not booking or charting software, does not connect to your booking system or client records, and has no med spa case study |
| Zenoti | Software for spas and salons with a Medspa section, marketing automation and AI agents (receptionist, lead manager, marketing, retention) | Larger or multi-location spas | Not shown: every price path leads to a demo. The AI agents need its AI Plus package; voice and texting are billed by use | Heavier than a one-room spa may need; no price to weigh before you talk to sales |
By job
Bookings and reminders: Mangomint, or Zenoti for a larger group. Replies to reviews: NiceJob (Pro), Podium or Zenoti. Texting leads: Podium. Offers by text: SimpleTexting, or the campaigns inside Mangomint. Before/after and offer graphics: Adobe Express. Scheduling the posts: Buffer. Deciding what to do this week to find new clients: Wanna. A similar list for local service businesses and social media schedulers. How we suggest you weigh any vendor: how to choose.
What Wanna is and is not
Wanna drafts; posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 17:05 UTC on 26 Oct 2026: 4 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR $0, 16 tasks done in the last 7 days. That is a small base. It does not book appointments, answer calls, reply to reviews on your listing or hold client photos and charts.
What this list does not replace
It does not replace your own demo: we read pages, not products. No tool here replaces your medical director or the licensed provider who decides who is treated. A drafted ad does not replace your own review of what it claims about a treatment, and a before/after post needs the client's written consent. Advertising rules, state medical board rules, privacy law and the consent rules for marketing texts apply to every tool here; we did not review any tool against them, so ask each vendor for its terms before client details go in. Your booking system stays the record.
FAQ
What are the best AI tools for a med spa? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the eight by task.
What AI marketing tools can a med spa use? For posts, Adobe Express and Buffer. For offers by text, SimpleTexting or Mangomint's campaigns. For reviews, NiceJob, Podium and Zenoti. For a weekly plan and drafts of letters, posts and ads, Wanna.
How much do AI tools for a med spa cost? Two of the eight show no price: Podium and Zenoti. Adobe Express, Buffer and Wanna have a 0 tier. The table has each figure and the date it was read.
Can AI reply to my med spa's reviews? Yes, three of the eight say so. NiceJob lists AI Replies on its 125-a-month Pro plan, Podium's Reviews page describes an AI Reputation Specialist that writes review replies, and Zenoti's reputation page says its assistant drafts replies for you to approve; Podium and Zenoti show no price. We did not run any of them. Read each reply before it posts, and do not let one confirm that a reviewer was a patient.
Can AI make before and after posts for a med spa? A design tool such as Adobe Express can lay out real photos, and Buffer can schedule them. We would not use generative edits on a client's result, and each post needs the client's written consent.
Is Wanna a med spa tool? Not specifically. It helps an owner find new clients by planning the week and drafting posts, ads and letters; posts and ads wait for your OK. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
How often is this list updated? Every 30 days, from the vendors' own pages.
