7 AI tools for craft breweries
Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 21 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days; Wanna's plans and live numbers re-read 27 Oct 2026. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices change; open each link before you decide.
Short answer. An owner-run brewery has four jobs outside the brewhouse: events, taproom posts, the email list and distributor outreach. The seven tools below cover them, from ticketing to a brewery CRM. They are alphabetical, not scored. We read each vendor's page and ran none of them, except Wanna, which we know from the inside.
How we chose
- The vendor's own page describes work a brewery does: ticketing an event, posting, sending to a list, selling to trade accounts, showing a tap list.
- Five of the seven name an AI feature on their pages: Breww, Buffer, Eventbrite, MailerLite and Wanna. Ekos and Taplist.io name none on the pages we read; they are in the list because they cover the trade-sales and taproom jobs, and the table says so.
- A price we could not read as a number on 21 Oct 2026 is marked as not shown. Prices are in US dollars unless marked, as read that day.
The seven
| Tool | What it does | Who it is for | Price and limits, read 21 Oct 2026 | Honest minuses |

| Buffer | Schedules posts to social channels, with an AI Assistant that creates, refines and repurposes content | A taproom that posts a few times a week | Free $0: up to 3 channels, 10 scheduled posts per channel. Essentials $5 a month per channel billed yearly ($60 a year), $6 billed monthly. Team $10 a month per channel billed yearly ($120 a year), $12 billed monthly. 14-day free trial of paid plans | Priced per channel; Free caps scheduled posts at 10 per channel; it posts what you give it and does not plan your events |
| Ekos | Craft beverage ERP: batch and inventory records, TTB reporting, a portal where distributors and customer accounts order, sales analysis by product, buyer and rep | A brewery that needs production, compliance and trade orders in one system | Price not shown; the page has "Get pricing" and "Book a demo" | No price to compare; no AI feature named on its home page; a full business system, larger than a small taproom may need |
| Eventbrite | Event pages, ticketing and check-in, with AI event creation, email campaigns and promo codes | A taproom that runs ticketed tastings, release parties and trivia | Free events carry no fees. Eventbrite Pro (emails, up to 10,000 a day) starting at $15 a month. Comfort starting at $12 a month, Power starting at $25 a month. Price rises with active subscribers. 14-day trial of premium features | Free stops sending above 250 active subscribers; its FAQ lists the AI writing assistant under Comfort, not Free; the billing term behind "starting at" is not stated in the FAQ |

By job
Ticketed events: Eventbrite. A tap list on the wall: Taplist.io. Taproom posts: Buffer to schedule, Wanna to draft. The email list: MailerLite. Distributor and trade accounts: Breww or Ekos, which hold the orders and the customer records. A first letter to a distributor, or the week's event post, drafted for your OK: Wanna. Similar lists for restaurants and local service businesses. How we suggest you weigh any vendor: how to choose.
What Wanna is and is not
Wanna drafts letters, posts and ads. Posts and ads always wait for your OK; letters go out only after you turn sending on (Trust). On the live page at 14:59 UTC on 27 Oct 2026: 4 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR $0, 16 tasks done in 7 days. That is a small base, and no brewery case study is on record. It is not a brewery management system, a ticketing service or a point of sale.
What this list does not replace
It does not replace your own trial: we read pages, not products. It does not replace your brewery records and TTB filings, your distributor agreements, your state's rules on selling to distributors and on promoting alcohol, age checks for events, or the person who talks to a distributor buyer. We did not review any vendor's terms or any of those rules.
FAQ
What are the best AI tools for a craft brewery? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the seven by task: events, taproom posts, the email list and distributor outreach.
How much do AI tools for a craft brewery cost? Eventbrite, Buffer, MailerLite and Wanna have a $0 tier. Taplist.io starts at $33.25 a month billed annually, and Buffer Essentials at $5 a month per channel billed yearly. Breww is priced on beer output, starting at $34.99 a month for up to 200 hL a year, and Ekos by quote. The table has each figure.
Can AI write my taproom posts and event announcements? Buffer's AI Assistant and Wanna draft posts, and Eventbrite's AI event creation builds the event page. We did not run them, so read the first draft for your beer names, ABV and event details before anything goes out.
Can AI help me find and write to distributors? Breww and Ekos keep your trade accounts and orders; Wanna can draft a first letter to a distributor you name for your OK. None of them replaces a call with the buyer.
Is Wanna a brewery tool? No. It helps an owner with the writing: posts, ads and letters, with posts and ads waiting for your OK. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
How often is this list updated? Every 30 days, from the vendors' own pages.
