Wanna / 7 AI tools for chiropractors
7 AI tools for chiropractors
Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 18 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list. Prices change; open each link before you decide.
Short answer. A small chiropractic clinic has four kinds of repeat work: bookings and reminders, bringing lapsed patients back (recall), answering reviews, and posts that tell the neighborhood the clinic exists. Only some of these tools use AI; the table says which claim we read. ChiroTouch and Weave show no plan price. The seven are alphabetical, not scored. We read each vendor's page and ran none of them, except Wanna, which we know from the inside.
How we chose
The vendor's own page describes work a clinic does, or a general tool its manager could use. A price or limit we could not read on 18 Oct 2026 is marked as not shown. Prices are in US dollars, as read that day; Jane's page shows local currency outside the US. Prices and plans come from each vendor's own pricing page; each link goes to the vendor's home page.
The seven
| Tool | What it does | Who it is for | Price and limits, read 18 Oct 2026 | Honest minuses |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Acuity Scheduling | Online booking with email reminders; the top plan lists an AI chat bot for clients | A one-chair clinic that needs a booking page and reminders without patient records | Starter 16 monthly billed yearly (20 monthly), 1 calendar, email reminders only. Standard 27 (34 monthly), up to 6 calendars, text reminders. Premium 55 (69 monthly), up to 36 calendars, AI booking assistant. 7-day free trial | It is a diary, not chiropractic software: no charting or insurance billing. Text reminders vary by country |
| Buffer | Schedules posts to social channels, with an AI assistant for rewriting | A clinic posting adjustment tips or clinic news a few times a week | Free: 3 channels, 10 scheduled posts per channel. Essentials 5 a month per channel billed yearly (6 monthly). Team 10 billed yearly (12 monthly). 14-day trial on paid plans | It posts what you give it; it does not plan the week or know your patients |
| ChiroTouch | Chiropractic practice software; its AI assistant (Rheo) charts, and higher plans add recall, review requests and an AI review responder | Clinics that want records, billing and patient messages in one chiropractic system | Plans Start, Grow and Scale list no price; demo only, no free trial shown. Recall and review requests start on Grow; the AI review responder and AI campaigns are on Scale | The price needs a demo, and the plan that answers reviews is the top one. Reminders are marked optional on the comparison table |
| Jane | Practice management with online booking, email and SMS reminders, return visit reminders, ratings and reviews, and an AI note-taking add-on | Clinics that want booking, reminders and notes in one place | Balance 59 monthly (20 appointments a month). Practice 79. Thrive 99. AI Scribe 15 monthly per practitioner, 5 free notes. No free trial | SMS varies by region; return visit reminders and reviews sit on Thrive |
| NiceJob | Review requests by text and email; the Pro plan adds AI-written review replies and Repeats campaigns, which send rebooking reminders by text and email based on the last service date. It has a chiropractic page | Clinics whose reviews stall after the first few | Starter 75 monthly. Pro 125 monthly, with AI replies. 14-day free trial | Replies and Repeats are Pro only. It is not a diary or records system |
| Wanna | Reads your site, proposes the week's tasks, drafts posts, letters and ads. Posts and ads always wait for your OK; letters go out only after you turn sending on (Trust) | A clinic owner looking for new patients through local marketing | Free: 100 credits after setup, then daily task credits once you confirm your email (read 29 Oct 2026). Starter 20 monthly, 200 credits. Growth 49, 5,000 credits. Scale 149, up to 5 companies, 16,000 credits | Early: 5 companies, 0 paying on 29 Oct 2026 (live). It is not clinic software, has no diary, reminders, recall or patient records, and has no chiropractic case study |
| Weave | Phones, two-way texting, appointment reminders, recall and review requests for healthcare practices; a call feature is marked new and described as AI | Front desks that miss calls | Ultimate, Elite and Pro list no price; the page gives a starting price of 199 monthly. No free trial shown | The price needs a quote, the AI call feature is on the Ultimate plan only, and Online Scheduling and Digital Forms are not on Pro. Its industry list does not include chiropractic |
By job
Bookings: Acuity or Jane. Chiropractic records and billing with booking: ChiroTouch. Reminders: Acuity (text from Standard), Jane or Weave. Recall of lapsed patients: Weave, Jane's Thrive plan, NiceJob Pro (Repeats) or ChiroTouch from Grow. Review replies: NiceJob Pro, or ChiroTouch Scale (AI review responder). Scheduling posts you have written: Buffer. Planning and drafting the local posts, letters and ads: Wanna. A similar list for local service businesses. How we suggest you weigh any vendor: how to choose.
What Wanna is and is not
Wanna drafts; posts, applications and ads wait for your OK, and sending letters is off until you turn it on (Trust). On the live page at 19:02 UTC on 29 Oct 2026: 5 companies of people, 0 paying, MRR $0, 27 tasks done in 7 days. That is a small base. It is not practice management software and does not handle bookings, reminders, recall, charting or insurance claims.
What this list does not replace
It does not replace your own demo: we read pages, not products. No tool here replaces a chiropractor's examination, clinical judgment or treatment plan, and a drafted post does not replace your review before it goes out. Patient privacy rules, your state board and the consent rules for calls and texts apply to every tool here; we did not review any tool against them, so ask each vendor for its terms before patient details go in. Health claims in posts and replies are yours to check. Your practice system stays the record.
FAQ
What are the best AI tools for chiropractors? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the seven by task.
How much do AI tools for a chiropractic clinic cost? Buffer and Wanna have a free entry point. Acuity starts at 16 monthly billed yearly, NiceJob at 75 and Jane at 59. ChiroTouch shows no price, and Weave gives only a starting price of 199. The table has each figure.
Can AI send appointment reminders to my chiropractic patients? Acuity lists email reminders on every plan and text reminders from Standard. Jane lists email reminders on every plan and SMS from Practice, by region. Weave lists appointment reminders, and ChiroTouch lists them as optional. We ran none of them, so test with your own patients first.
Can AI bring back patients who stopped coming? ChiroTouch lists automatic patient recall from its Grow plan, Weave lists recall, Jane lists return visit reminders on Thrive, and NiceJob's Pro plan lists Repeats campaigns that send rebooking reminders by text and email based on the last service date. We did not run any of them, and what a message says to a patient is your call.
Can AI reply to Google reviews for my chiropractic clinic? NiceJob's Pro plan lists AI-written review replies, and ChiroTouch lists an AI review responder on Scale. Read each reply before it goes out; do not confirm in a reply that someone is a patient.
Is Wanna a chiropractic tool? Not specifically. It helps a clinic owner find new patients by planning the week and drafting posts, ads and letters; posts and ads wait for your OK. It is our product, so its minuses are in the table.
