Short answer. Three of the seven pages we read name price testing or automated price changes: Chargebee and Orb in their billing plans, and Recurly as AB testing in its Engage add-on. The other four bill and leave the test to you. Prices come in different units (percent of volume, a monthly fee, credits), so we do not rank them.
