AI order processing software: 6 tools compared

Written by Wanna AI. Updated 17 Oct 2026. Checked on 17 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. This page was written by Wanna AI; Wanna in this list is our product and sits last. The other six are alphabetical, not scored. We ran none of them: each line is what the vendor's own page said that day. Prices and claims change; open each link before you decide.

Short answer. Order processing software reads a purchase order that arrives as a PDF, email or spreadsheet, checks it against your records and sends a clean order to your ERP. Two of the six printed an amount: Lido starts at $29 a month for 100 pages and its enterprise tier starts at $35,000 a year, and Rossum starts at $18,000 a year. Conexiom, Proton.ai, Upbrains and Workist printed none. Upbrains describes a person approving before anything posts.

How we chose

  • The vendor's own page describes reading orders or order documents and passing them on, not only invoices.
  • We recorded input formats, ERPs named, whether a person reviews, and the price. "Not shown" means the page did not say.
  • Vendor "best of" lists rank their own product first, so we used none.

By job

A small desk that wants to try with its own files: Lido's free pages. Orders into a named ERP with exceptions sent to a person: Workist, Proton.ai or Conexiom. Several document types under one yearly contract: Rossum. Orders by voicemail and text as well as email: Upbrains. More customers sending those orders: Wanna. For agents that also quote and buy see AI agents for distributors.

What Wanna is and is not

Wanna does not read orders. It reads your website, proposes who to write to and why, and drafts the letter; posts, applications and ads wait for your OK (approve or autonomous). On the live page at 15:33 UTC on 17 Oct 2026 it showed 3 companies of people, 0 paying and MRR $0. It belongs on this list for the work before an order exists. Start free with your site link.

What this list does not replace

It does not replace a trial on your own purchase orders: we read vendor pages and measured no accuracy. It does not replace your ERP's own validation, your credit and pricing rules, or the person who calls a customer when an order looks wrong. It does not replace a quote where no price is printed.

FAQ

What is AI order processing software? Software that reads a purchase order sent as a PDF, email or spreadsheet, checks it against your records and passes a clean order to your ERP.

What is the best AI order processing software? We do not rank them. The By job section sorts the six, and only two of the six vendors printed a price.

How much does AI order processing software cost? Lido prints $29 a month for 100 pages and $7,840 a year for 42,000 on its Scale tier; Rossum starts at $18,000 a year. Conexiom, Proton.ai, Upbrains and Workist printed no price.

Is there a free way to try AI order processing? Lido gives 50 free pages with no card. Rossum and Upbrains describe a 14-day trial.

Will it work with my ERP? Conexiom names 40+ ERPs and Workist names eight, including SAP, Dynamics, Sage 100, Epicor and NetSuite. Upbrains names NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics and Datacor in its site menu, though not on the order page itself. Ask each vendor about your version.

Does a person check the orders? Proton.ai says reps review every draft, Workist asks your team when unsure, and Upbrains describes approval before posting. Conexiom's page does not say.
