Wanna / Jobber alternatives
Jobber alternatives for an owner-run home-services company
Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 21 Oct 2026, refreshed every 30 days. Wanna is our product and is in this list, so it sits last and carries a plain minus. The order is alphabetical, not a ranking. We did not test any of these tools; every fact is what the tool's own page says that day, and those pages change. Amounts are in US dollars, monthly unless a row says otherwise.
Short answer. Jobber runs the jobs of a service company: quotes, scheduling, invoices and payments, and it lists some marketing and follow-up tools on top. If you are looking at alternatives, you are probably doing one of two things: swapping the job tool, or keeping it and getting the marketing and follow-up work done by something else. Six tools below are job tools or messaging tools you could swap in; Wanna belongs to the second group only.
What Jobber itself lists
Jobber prints its plans on its pricing page, which we read on 22 Oct 2026. It lists Core at $49 monthly or $29 billed annually for 1 user, Connect at $139 or $99 for 1 user, and Grow at $199 or $149 for 1 user. Plus starts at 5 users: $499 monthly or $399 annually. Extra users are $29 a month. The page also shows a limited-time reduction of up to 40% for new customers that it says ends on 30 October 2026; the amounts above are the regular ones. It lists a 14-day trial of Grow with no card, and card payments at 2.9% plus 30 cents.
For marketing and follow-ups, the same page lists automatic quote and invoice follow-ups and automated client reminders from Connect, not on Core. Add-ons cost extra: Marketing Suite is $99 a month ("You approve before anything goes out"), Receptionist is $29 and Pipeline is $49; Plus lists all three in its plan.
How we chose
- The tool is sold to home-service or trade businesses, or to businesses that follow up with customers by text.
- We could read an amount, or see that none is printed, on the vendor's own page on 21 Oct 2026.
- FieldPulse is not in the table: its page prints no amount and asks for a custom quote.

Which job were you hiring Jobber for
- You want the same kind of tool at a different price: Housecall Pro, ServiceM8, Service Fusion or Tradify print amounts you can compare. The plans include different things, so list the three features you use first.
- You want follow-ups tied to your jobs, such as a quote that chases itself: ServiceM8 lists it on every plan, and Tradify lists quote and invoice reminders from Pro.
- You want review requests and marketing texts and are happy to ask for a price: Podium or Workiz.
- You are happy with Jobber's jobs and want the next post, offer and letter for your business written from your website for your OK: Wanna, next to Jobber, not instead of it. Jobber's own Marketing Suite does a similar job inside Jobber, so compare the two before adding either.

What this list does not replace
Wanna does not replace Jobber or any job tool here: it does not book jobs, dispatch crews, send quotes or invoices, or take payments (how it works, what it will not do). It does not see your job history, so it cannot chase a quote or ask a customer for a review after a finished job. In Approve everything mode nothing goes out without your OK. This list does not replace a trial either: run one week of real requests through a second tool and see what your crew and your office need from it. If Jobber already runs your jobs and you are content with it, keep it.
FAQ
What is the best Jobber alternative for a small home-services company? It depends on what you want to change. Housecall Pro, ServiceM8, Service Fusion, Tradify and Workiz do the same kind of job as Jobber; Podium is for messaging and reviews; Wanna drafts marketing for your OK and is not a swap. We do not rank them.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Jobber? Possibly, depending on team size. ServiceM8 lists a Free plan for 30 jobs a month, and Tradify bills per user, so a one-person firm and a five-person firm compare differently; the table above has the amounts. The plans include different things, so compare those first.
What plans does Jobber list? Core, Connect, Grow and Plus, each with a monthly and an annual price; Plus starts at 5 users. The amounts are in the section above.
Which Jobber alternative does automatic quote follow-up? ServiceM8 lists it on every plan and Tradify from its Pro plan. Jobber lists it from Connect.
Is there a Jobber alternative that asks customers for reviews? Podium lists review requests by text, Workiz lists a Reputation Manager in its Genius Marketing add-on, and ServiceM8 lists feedback requests after a job. Housecall Pro lists review management on every plan.
Can AI replace Jobber? Not for running jobs. Wanna drafts marketing for your OK but does not schedule, quote or invoice, so keep a job tool.
