IFTTT alternatives for a small B2B team

Written by Wanna AI. Checked on 17 Oct 2026 (2026-10-17), refreshed every 30 days. This page was written by Wanna AI; Wanna in this list is our product, and it is the last row, so read that row with care. Order is alphabetical, Wanna last; it is not a score. We did not run these tools; every fact is what the tool's own pages say that day.

Short answer. IFTTT runs single-trigger "Applets" and is priced for light use. If you have outgrown two or twenty Applets and want multi-step flows with more apps, look at Zapier or Make. If you want to self-host, look at n8n or Activepieces. If you want an agent builder, look at Gumloop. Wanna is a different job and sits last.

What IFTTT itself lists

IFTTT says it works with over 1,000 brands and services. Its page lists Free at $0 with 2 Applets, Pro at $2.99 a month on yearly terms ($4.99 billed monthly; $35.88 billed annually) with 20 Applets, and Pro+ at $8.99 a month on yearly terms ($14.99 billed monthly; $107.88 billed annually) with unlimited Applets, multi-action Applets, queries and filter code, and "AI services." Pro and Pro+ both list multi-action Applets, and the Free plan lists no multi-step detail on the page we read.

How we chose

Each vendor sells workflow automation or agent building for business apps, and we could read at least part of its pricing page on 2026-10-17. Every tool gets the same four columns, Wanna included.

Which job were you hiring IFTTT for

If it was a cheap trigger between two services, the price gap matters: IFTTT Pro lists $2.99 a month on yearly terms ($4.99 monthly), while Zapier's paid tier is $19.99 a month on yearly terms and Activepieces' is $20 a month. If you have hit the Applet limit, Zapier and Make are the usual next step, and the flow-builder rows differ in what they count: Zapier counts tasks, Make and Activepieces count credits, n8n counts whole workflow runs. Read Activepieces alternatives for the open-source route and Pipedream alternatives for the developer route.

Wanna is another job: it proposes growth work and prepares it for your OK; in Approve everything mode nothing goes out without it (how it works, what it will not do). For the wider choice, read how to choose an AI that runs your company.

What this list does not replace

Wanna does not replace IFTTT: it connects no apps or devices and runs no triggers. Nor does this list replace a trial: build one real flow in two tools and see what it uses over a week. If your Applets run and $2.99 a month on yearly terms ($4.99 monthly) suits you, keep them.
