Wanna / All-in-one AI tools for B2B marketing and sales
What is the best all-in-one AI tool to run marketing and sales for a B2B company under $1M a month?
Checked on 21 Oct 2026
Short answer: the tools that call themselves all-in-one are CRM suites with AI added (HubSpot, Zoho One, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Wysera). They keep marketing and sales on one customer record, and most charge by seat or by contact. Wanna is a different kind of tool and not an all-in-one in that sense: it has no CRM and no contact database. It plans your week and drafts the letters, posts and ads.
Wanna is our product and one of the tools on this page, so read its row with that in mind. Every other row comes from that vendor's own page, opened on 21 October 2026; the site is in the last column and the exact addresses are in the sources file next to this page.
What "under $1M a month" means
Three buyers use this sentence: a company with under $1M of revenue a month, one with under $1M of revenue a year, and one with a monthly budget under $1M. The answers we collected read it all three ways. The tools below fit the first two; no tool on this page needs a budget near $1M.
What "all-in-one" means, and which kind you need

| Wanna | Plans the company's week and works through it task by task: letters, posts, applications and ads | A founder with no marketing or sales team | No CRM, no lead database, no calls, and it does not answer your customers' support requests; sending is off until you turn it on | wannable.ai |

Wanna's row, in plain words
Wanna plans the company's week and works through it task by task. Sending is off for every new company. Once you turn it on, in Autonomous mode Wanna sends first letters to people already in your Outreach by itself and holds the risky ones for you; posts, applications and ads always wait for your OK. Letters go out only after you turn sending on, connect a separate sending domain and add your name and address. There is no CRM, no lead database, no calls, no answering your customers' support requests, and no security audit report (such as SOC 2) yet. If you need one record for every customer, pick a suite from the table; if you need drafts and a weekly plan with nobody on the team to write them, that is what Wanna does.

Questions
What is the most common all-in-one pick for a B2B company? HubSpot. One web search answer on 21 October named HubSpot with its Breeze AI as the most common all-in-one pick, with ActiveCampaign, Sintra and Parallel AI also named.
Which tool is lighter than a full suite? Apollo.io and Clay. The same answer lists them as cheaper, lighter options for lead volume, and another source we read says Apollo or Clay is the best first tool for companies under $1M ARR.
Does an all-in-one tool have to include a CRM? Most of the sources the engines returned define it with a CRM; one describes it as CRM, email, SMS, automation, landing pages, funnels and analytics in one dashboard. One answer also lists Sintra among all-in-one platforms, and Sintra's own page does not mention a CRM. A tool without a CRM, like Wanna, covers the planning and drafting side only.
Will an AI tool send letters to my customers by itself? On Wanna, sending is off for every new company. Once you turn it on, in Autonomous mode Wanna sends first letters to people already in your Outreach by itself and holds the risky ones for you; posts, applications and ads always wait for your OK.
Does "under $1M a month" mean revenue or budget? It can mean either, and the engines we asked read it three ways. Say which you mean before you compare prices.
